Westminster Homecare (Clacton)

The staff all seem very kind and pleasant so far. No complaints from my mother. It is early days, but so far so good. My mother requires kindness, patience and understanding because of her deafness, poor sight and vascular dementia. Thankfully, so far that seems to be happening.

All the carers are kind , helpful and reliable. The office staff are always available and sort any problems out instantly. We would truly struggle without this great team . Anybody looking to appoint carers would not be disappointed with this company

Very friendly efficient service. Good timekeeping and very thorough. Would highly recommend this company. There is nothing that is too much trouble for them and they are very kind and caring and put you at ease.

Very professional helpful and friendly and do everything they can to source services and places their clients can access. Our carer is excellent, going above and beyond to make sure our son is safe and really benefits from all activities. They have a lovely relationship.

Contacting other agencies on my behalf (with my permission) to ensure the continued care is the best possible.

I just wanted to say again how grateful we are to Westminster for what they do for our auntie. Because they do what they do, she is able to remain at home, which is where she wants to be. All of the ladies are great, we would be lost without you. Thank you.

I am getting fed up with carers turning up late, sometimes over 2 hours late to the time being given on my rota and not being told. I’m getting fed up with getting different carers each day. Sending carers after I have cancelled.

Carers being delayed due to incidents with previous clients is understandable, carers being scheduled to attend outside of agreed timings is not.

Overall fantastic services!

Overall I can’t fault Westminster, thank you. More recently my mum has been in hospital and we have had issues with her discharge - her carer has been amazing in following up, chasing and organising to mention doing this after hours and in her own time to support getting my mum back home! Thank you so much.

Westminster Care are an excellent team. The office manager and staff are always on hand if needed and are amazing. My daughter has been in the safe hands of three lovely ladies working for this company for almost eight years. It works like clockwork and I cannot thank them enough for their continued Care and support my daughter receives, and us as a family too. Nothing is too much trouble, credit to a lovely manager and all her staff. Thank you so much Westminster Care! All your help and care is much appreciated. 10/10 Truly grateful.

Westminster Homecare Clacton has been a lifesaver for my mum, myself her son. Who is mum's soul career the dedication and caring attitude of every one of the careers has been fantastic. Whenever a career may be delayed the office staff will always keep me informed, and when I do speak to them they are always courteous. I feel the careers in this country that have to put up with a lot are very patient and professional. Thank you so much, Westminster.

Westminster Home Care are excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure my mother is cared for. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything about Westminster Home Care from the carers to the management is excellent.

All of the carers that I have met that have been in to help my dad have been so generous with their time and the efforts they go to keep my dad functioning in his home. Alongside the team in the office, who are always a friendly and supportive voice at the end of the phone, the service provided by Westminster Care has been top class. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have had excellent care provided by you. I would rate Westminster Homecare 10/10, every carer I have had is professional, kind, and patient and gives you 10/10 care. The office staff are also very kind and patient well done to you all.

We weren't happy with previous care agency and was recommended Alliance Care. Best move we could have done. The company is excellent, all so caring and stay there. The full time which makes a huge difference and my nan's general well being has improved massively. The house is always kept clean and tidy, she is given a choice of what she would like for breakfast lunch and tea, nothing is too much, carers are amazing. Would highly recommend especially coming from a different care provider. I can see a huge change in my nan for the better.

The only honest opinion is I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving.
