My dad is so settled with all his carers, they look after him, and listen to him if there is a problem! The office staff are brilliant they give such support in hard times and rectify any issues straight away, I would highly recommend Radfield!

I contacted Radfield Home Care after we as a family decided we needed more help with Mum, who has severely restricted mobility due to Parkinson’s. The office staff were friendly and helpful: the lady who came out to do an assessment was likewise helpful and approachable and Mum was booked in for daily visits quite swiftly. Since then the carers have turned up reliably within the stated timeframe and have proved very kind, pleasant and professional: Mum is washed, dressed and brought downstairs and treated with kindness and respect throughout. I am extremely glad I contacted Radfield and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Treated with respect and dignity at all times, carers always find time to chat with the client which can be just as important as other tasks. Friends and family are also treated with the same respect and information is shared regarding the ongoing care given. We as a family are very lucky and grateful to have the carers.

Radfield Home Care staff have been amazing to help us as a family with my grandad with Alzheimer's. They have provided excellent care as needed and nothing is too much hassle. They put our minds at ease when needed and always there at the end of the phone. All members of staff are professional and reliable. Very reliable and professional services which enable my dad to remain living in his own home, despite being elderly and having health issues. The carers carry out a number of tasks, from specialist personal care, to preparing a meal or a cup of tea.

They break the day up for mum and clear things away before leaving.

I have been receiving weekly care from Radfield for about a couple of years now, supplied through my county council's Social Services. I receive an hour of care every week. The care has been consistently good, and the carers who come are nothing but nice and accommodating to me. They make sure that everything is fine before they leave, and they've made me feel comforted. I would like to receive care from Radfield for as long as I can.

Radfield care have been providing care for my father at home and previously my mother for over eight years. The carers have been friendly, caring for my father as an individual and respecting him, making him laugh and giving peace of mind for me.

We are generally happy with the care received from Radfield Home Care. There are a few niggles, (mugs, glasses and cutlery put away in the wrong place etc) which is understandable when there are different carers.

All the carers allocated to care for my husband treat him with respect and care. My husband gets on well with them and can relate to them. If he does not feel able to have a shower he will allow them to give him a washdown to ensure he is clean and comfortable. They always talk to him and tell him what they are going to do and involve him in his personal cleanliness. The carers are usually on time, cheerful, professional in their approach and have always done what is required of them, sometimes more. We have had a positive experience over the last 18 months or so. I would have no problem in recommending the company in the future.
