My dad is so settled with all his carers, they look after him, and listen to him if there is a problem! The office staff are brilliant they give such support in hard times and rectify any issues straight away, I would highly recommend Radfield!

I contacted Radfield Home Care after we as a family decided we needed more help with Mum, who has severely restricted mobility due to Parkinson’s. The office staff were friendly and helpful: the lady who came out to do an assessment was likewise helpful and approachable and Mum was booked in for daily
visits quite swiftly. Since then the carers have turned up reliably within the stated timeframe and have proved very kind, pleasant and professional: Mum is washed, dressed and brought downstairs and treated with kindness and respect throughout. I am extremely glad I contacted Radfield and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Treated with respect and dignity at all times, carers always find time to chat with the client which can be just as important as other tasks. Friends and family are also treated with the same respect and information is shared regarding the ongoing care given. We as a family are very lucky and grateful

Radfield Home Care staff have been amazing to help us as a family with my grandad with Alzheimer's. They have provided excellent care as needed and nothing is too much hassle. They put our minds at ease when needed and always there at the end of the phone. All members of staff are professional and reliable.

Majority of time the service is ok. Some carers are more conscientious than others but generally, they are ok. Mother seems happy with them.
They treat her with dignity and it's good to know someone sees her every day so peace of mind.

All good here, but do need a carer with a car to collect my food shopping on a Friday lunchtime.
Other than that I find the carers respectful, charming, not neglectful They see to all my needs as I'm recovering from a double stroke.

Very reliable and professional services which enable my dad to remain living in his own home, despite being elderly and having health issues. The carers carry out a number of tasks, from specialist personal care, to preparing a meal or a cup of tea.

As a family, we have found mum's carers to be supportive, helpful and polite. Helping with personal care, preparation of meals and administering medication.
They break the day up for mum and clear things away before leaving.

I found the service invaluable as a cancer patient I couldn't have coped with my 86-year-old mother on my own. Carers are smart, friendly and very attentive which is reassuring to my mother who also has MCI - so she can be a challenge at times. Would highly recommend Radfield.

Having used Radfield Home Care services for 18 months now, we are still extremely happy with their services. They continue to provide us with all the help we require. Everything is done in a kind, caring and efficient manner for my husband, as the client, and also for myself in order to help support

I have been receiving weekly care from Radfield for about a couple of years now, supplied through my county council's Social Services. I receive an hour of care every week. The care has been consistently good, and the carers who come are nothing but nice and accommodating to me. They make sure that
everything is fine before they leave, and they've made me feel comforted. I would like to receive care from Radfield for as long as I can.

We are generally happy with the care received from Radfield Home Care. There are a few niggles, (mugs, glasses and cutlery put away in the wrong place etc) which is understandable when there are different carers.

All the carers allocated to care for my husband treat him with respect and care. My husband gets on well with them and can relate to them. If he does not feel able to have a shower he will allow them to give him a washdown to ensure he is clean and comfortable. They always talk to him and tell him what
they are going to do and involve him in his personal cleanliness. The carers are usually on time, cheerful, professional in their approach and have always done what is required of them, sometimes more. We have had a positive experience over the last 18 months or so. I would have no problem in recommending the company in the future.

Sarah has worked in the health and social care sector since the age of seventeen and a manager since the age of twenty-four. During this time, Sarah feels privileged to have worked with some great people, passionate about caring for others.


Sarah’s career has taken her across the country into Oxfordshire, managing a multi-services care provider in the county, and back into Worcestershire managing a more local home care service.


Sarah explains, “After working in the care sector for over 21 years, I still feel very passionate about providing good quality care that I feel everyone is entitled to on a daily basis, and continually strive to make sure that the team I manage, have the necessary support, training and guidance they need to do their job.”


“I also enjoy developing individuals to reach their full potential and inspired when seeing clients gain greater confidence and become more independent in their daily lives, when introducing care and support to suit their needs.”
