My mum and dad are very pleased with the overall care provided, the carers are willing to do the extra things to help their day go more smoothly and help to keep them in their own home! Thank you to all the carers involved.

They are accommodating in what care is needed for my mother and she is happy with the regular weekly help given. As long as enough notice is given then we can change the care provided so it suits our mum best.

My experience with my carer's is excellent. The service couldn't be better. Each carer is more than happy to help, and nothing seems too much trouble for them. They help me with my washing, making breakfast and any other things I need help with on the day. They all sit and have a chat with me once they have finished their jobs, which I enjoy as it is lovely to have the company. The staff are always pleasant. Whenever I have a query the office are always at the other end of the phone, and are very helpful.

Mum has started having a pop-in call every morning and we have been pleased how well she has adapted to this. This is mainly down to the lovely nature of the staff and the way in which they talk to her. We would recommend Radfield Carers.

Experienced and very good from all carers. What we would do if we didn't have them to help my husband in the morning and to put him to bed at night? He is incontinent and they understand what needs doing and get on with it. I, his wife help in the daytime.

I would highly recommend the service. The carers are kind and treat me with respect. The office are very helpful and will support me with my needs. Nothing is too much trouble.

Office staff are always pleasant and, when there have been issues, these have been resolved quickly in a professional manner.

We chose Radfield for our elderly mum because they were recommended by two friends and they were right. The coordinator who came to see us was lovely and so kind to mum who was very unsure about having carers at all as she wants to be independent but we needed help with her medication as she was getting very muddled. After they have organised her tablets they always ask if they can do anything to help, as she declines they talk to her instead so she gets regular conversation, which we appreciate. We look forward to the day when they don’t have to wear a mask as mum will be able to see their faces and remember them better. It is so easy to contact the office, phone or email, it is replied to very quickly. Thank you.

I am very happy with my care all of the staff are kind and caring and professional.

All the staff have been brilliant. I have been well treated with both sympathy and respect, always willing to oblige.

During this time when care is struggling, we have nothing but good things. We feel, as a family, that she matters, which is the most important thing. All during Covid, never once didn't turn up.

It got to the stage where I needed support to care for my Mum and I was very grateful when we were referred to your company. Having a Carer to get Mum up and dressed in the morning and then check in on her at lunchtime, gives me the peace of mind that Mum is happy, safe and clean. On the two occasions, I have met Mum’s Carers they have been polite, friendly and answered any of my queries which has also put my mind at ease. Thank you for providing a great service for those families that need the extra support.

For Carers in general - I hope that the whole country now realises their worth, their caring nature and commitment in the work they do.

Now that my mother cannot have any visits from family and friends, she relies totally on the visits from the carers, all of whom she has come to know and like. They are particularly friendly, kind and very efficient and she enjoys hearing their news and having a laugh too. We are very happy with the service and appreciate their loving care and support in these difficult times.
