My mum and dad are very pleased with the overall care provided, the carers are willing to do the extra things to help their day go more smoothly and help to keep them in their own home! Thank you to all the carers involved.

They are accommodating in what care is needed for my mother and she is happy with the regular weekly help given. As long as enough notice is given then we can change the care provided so it suits our mum best.

Radfield took over the care of my mother in January 2022 and the experience has been extremely positive. From the initial meeting where time was no issue, and everything was explained to my mother and family, to now, where the care has been provided twice daily exactly as promised, the service has been
excellent. I was very sceptical as to whether the times at the start and end of the day that was agreed would be achievable but they have been met at all times, with no exceptions. Further, it is a small resource pool that cares for my mother so the service feels personal, and they stay for as long as is needed to ensure the care is delivered to meet the requirements at that time. As a family member, it's very comforting to know Mum is in great hands.

My experience with my carer's is excellent. The service couldn't be better. Each carer is more than happy to help, and nothing seems too much trouble for them. They help me with my washing, making breakfast and any other things I need help with on the day. They all sit and have a chat with me once they
have finished their jobs, which I enjoy as it is lovely to have the company. The staff are always pleasant. Whenever I have a query the office are always at the other end of the phone, and are very helpful.

Mum has started having a pop-in call every morning and we have been pleased how well she has adapted to this. This is mainly down to the lovely nature of the staff and the way in which they talk to her. We would recommend Radfield Carers.

Experienced and very good from all carers. What we would do if we didn't have them to help my husband in the morning and to put him to bed at night? He is incontinent and they understand what needs doing and get on with it. I, his wife help in the daytime.

We chose Radfield for our elderly mum because they were recommended by two friends and they were right. The coordinator who came to see us was lovely and so kind to mum who was very unsure about having carers at all as she wants to be independent but we needed help with her medication as she was getting
very muddled. After they have organised her tablets they always ask if they can do anything to help, as she declines they talk to her instead so she gets regular conversation, which we appreciate. We look forward to the day when they don’t have to wear a mask as mum will be able to see their faces and remember them better. It is so easy to contact the office, phone or email, it is replied to very quickly. Thank you.

It got to the stage where I needed support to care for my Mum and I was very grateful when we were referred to your company. Having a Carer to get Mum up and dressed in the morning and then check in on her at lunchtime, gives me the peace of mind that Mum is happy, safe and clean. On the two occasions,
I have met Mum’s Carers they have been polite, friendly and answered any of my queries which has also put my mind at ease. Thank you for providing a great service for those families that need the extra support.

Thank you very much to all the Carers and Staff at Radfield, especially during this extremely difficult time. They are wonderful. Our mother requires personal care and hoisting, and the lady carers are essential to her. As a family, we are already aware of their importance. Every Thursday we are outside
clapping for you as well as the NHS. You are a very important and valued part of the Healthcare sector and deserve more recognition.
I would most definitely recommend Radfield. Their Carers are punctual and polite. We receive weekly timesheets and names. This is appreciated as our mother needs routine. I know that extra precautions are being taken - such as the wearing of aprons and masks, and using hand sanitiser on arrival and when leaving. It is stressful for all concerned. They are doing a great job in such worrying times.

For Carers in general - I hope that the whole country now realises their worth, their caring nature and commitment in the work they do.

Now that my mother cannot have any visits from family and friends, she relies totally on the visits from the carers, all of whom she has come to know and like. They are particularly friendly, kind and very efficient and she enjoys hearing their news and having a laugh too. We are very happy with the

Sarah has worked in the health and social care sector since the age of seventeen and a manager since the age of twenty-four. During this time, Sarah feels privileged to have worked with some great people, passionate about caring for others.


Sarah’s career has taken her across the country into Oxfordshire, managing a multi-services care provider in the county, and back into Worcestershire managing a more local home care service.


Sarah explains, “After working in the care sector for over 21 years, I still feel very passionate about providing good quality care that I feel everyone is entitled to on a daily basis, and continually strive to make sure that the team I manage, have the necessary support, training and guidance they need to do their job.”


“I also enjoy developing individuals to reach their full potential and inspired when seeing clients gain greater confidence and become more independent in their daily lives, when introducing care and support to suit their needs.”
