The carers from Radfield Home Care have been so kind to my elderly father. Not only have they been kind but also trustworthy and provided great companionship for him during a long day. He really enjoys their conversation while they are completing an excellent job of personal care and gives him an opportunity
to have a laugh!
The home app for my father is very useful for me (living abroad), and it reassures me that he's as well as can be expected.

The Radfield team are very good and essential to my mother’s care package. Without them, my mother would not be able to cope at home and would inevitably have to sell her home and live in a care home full time. We appreciate everything the team does from the company they provide, the food and drinks
they make, the washing assistance and finally the trips out/walk they take my mother on (before the pandemic). I can not fault what they do, and we are so very grateful to the team for making sure my mum is looked after in the best way possible when she needs it most. She has Dementia/ Alzheimer’s disease.

Staff were punctual, presented themselves well, smiling and friendly. Wearing clean and smart company tops with the Radfield Home Care logo, put on gloves and apron (disposable). Always cheerful and encouraging. They gave gentle and safe, thorough care. I was assisted with undressing, washing (including
feet and hair) and dressing. Making sure that I was comfortable and seated before leaving. A schedule of carers was provided for each day. Helpful administrative staff.

My Aunt was looked after very well most of the time. Some carers went the extra mile e.g. altering her skirts. The only downside was a few did not seem very experienced at using the microwave for the prepared foods. Not much imagination for lunch snacks at times and breakfasts. However, overall we could
not have coped without their care and support as the family live a distance away. Thank you all.

I have nothing but praise for Radfield Home Care. The management went out of their way to find me carers for my wheelchair-bound mother, at very short notice.
I was at my lowest when I discovered Radfield, worrying how I was going to continue to care for my mother by myself 7 days a week. They came
to my rescue and I cannot praise their carers enough for their caring attitude, friendliness and absolute professionalism. Since my mother's stroke 13 years ago I can honestly say these are the best carers we have ever had.
Thank you Radfield for giving me my life back!

Radfield cared for our Mum who has Dementia. She became wary of going outside so spent most of her time indoors. Radfield visited twice a day to ensure that she was fed and had her medication. They monitored her personal care and made she was clean and her clothes changed. They weren't just carers,
they took the time to learn about her early life, family and hobbies, and they spent time with her mainly singing as Mum used to be on the stage and in a choir. Mum could be quite challenging sometimes due to the illness but they always treated her with kindness and respect. They kept us informed if there were any concerns regarding her safety.

The carer team are fantastic for my mum who has dementia.


They are always there on time.
They treat my mum as an individual.
They go beyond just the activities but really try to look after her and genuinely “care” for my mum.
The team are consistent so we have had regular careers over the last

3 years who have got to know my mum and her habits.
This is critical since they recognise changes in mum and alert the family.

I am finding the home care workers very helpful, friendly and happy. They are all enthusiastic about their work and are very caring. They have opened up my life a lot. I am not so isolated now thanks to them. Managers in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful too, well done!

The whole experience has been dealt with so well by a very dedicated team of wonderful carers. No task big or small has in anyway impeded the welfare of my parents.
They have been treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the few months they have been helping out the family. So much so

I wished I had found them sooner! Anybody looking for an agency with passion and true, honest values for both the person they are caring for and their immediate family will not be disappointed.
I used them after my mom came out of hospital - phoned them up at 4.30pm on the Monday and they were in
place the very next day following a comprehensive assessment. The only reason I will no longer be using them is due to my mom changing to a different care setting. They have been angels on my shoulder and Mom always loved and responded well to them. I have used care for my mom for 2 years now and only just found Radfield a month or so ago. If you are looking to review your agency please consider Radfield as they will be an extended part of your family you wished you'd found sooner.

Your homecare service is excellent. We would definitely recommend your homecare to everyone. The staff who cared for our mother were excellent, caring, supportive and understanding. Sometimes our mother could be quite cantankerous but they showed respect.

Sarah has worked in the health and social care sector since the age of seventeen and a manager since the age of twenty-four. During this time, Sarah feels privileged to have worked with some great people, passionate about caring for others.


Sarah’s career has taken her across the country into Oxfordshire, managing a multi-services care provider in the county, and back into Worcestershire managing a more local home care service.


Sarah explains, “After working in the care sector for over 21 years, I still feel very passionate about providing good quality care that I feel everyone is entitled to on a daily basis, and continually strive to make sure that the team I manage, have the necessary support, training and guidance they need to do their job.”
