We are pleased to hear an easier form of 'paperwork' is being introduced as Mum feels at the moment it's taking too much time out of her call.

Carers are helpful and pleasant. Will do what I ask.

Have found carers to be friendly and caring and each manages to do what is needed in the limited time they are given. Although unfortunately they have to use part of this to sit and fill in paperwork! Which rather limits the time the client is paying for.

Carers good. Arrive on time. Happy with what they do.

My mother has received care from CT Care for over two years. I'm very happy with CT Care, they always contact me promptly if they have any concerns or questions and usually have a solution to offer. They're very reliable and on each visit, they work with Mum to follow her wishes for the day and if she's feeling particularly independent they use any spare time on household tasks instead to ease her day. They're extremely careful to ensure Mum's medication is taken as prescribed. They are also very responsive if we need to increase her number of visits for a short while or have other unexpected requests - once I was able to borrow a wheelchair at 30 minutes' notice so Mum could attend a hospital appointment. All the paperwork is kept up to date, I can read in the daily diary what has been done for Mum and how she has been feeling each morning and there are regular reviews of her needs and view of the service.

While expensive CT Care provides good value for money.

I felt my relative was in good hands with their care.

We find them invaluable and my mother considers them to be her friends.

Friendly, happy, caring and funny and helpful. This whole process was new to me and once I contacted C T Care I felt comfortable and happy and could relax knowing they are giving my dad the best care. He is so happy and looks forward to the ladies' visits. He is so more animated and has much happier, brighter days each week.

This is an efficient and well-organised company. The care providers are prompt, pleasant and professional. I particularly like the way they interact with my husband - he is always greeted cheerfully and their parting goodbyes are invariably addressed to him. They maintain a caring but dignified attitude during their time with my husband and have been very helpful to me.

Very thorough first assessment, clear information about the various services offered. Very flexible with finding the right person for me and sessions offered to me at a convenient time.

My mother is very pleased with the service and the meals, the staff are always friendly and helpful. She decided she wanted to change some of the options and the office was very good when I went down to do it and helped with options.
