The lady arrived promptly and was chatty and put Dad at ease before asking questions related to the quality of his care. She was thorough and made sure all areas were covered. We are very happy with the service we get from Home Instead. The ladies prepare his evening meal for him and make sure he has his medication. They also provide companionship which is very important to us and stay the full hour.

Life at home with Mum was getting unbearable, especially getting her up out of bed and getting her to have breakfast and tablets. A friend suggested Home Instead after me trying a couple of other companies. The carer stays for the time you are paying for and chats to Mum for the remaining time. In May we were desperate for a break so the carer came in from 10 pm-8 am and gave her breakfast and tablets and then again for dinner and tea. Mum was well looked after and we came home relaxed and refreshed from the holiday. Will do this again.

I engaged with Home Instead (Bolton) some years ago when it became apparent that my elderly mother was becoming incapable of looking after herself. We started with just a couple of visits per week but, as she became frailer, we increased the visit frequency to three per day. I have never regretted engaging with Home Instead (Bolton) and I would happily recommend them. I have personally met members of the management team and a number of caregivers. They have always been empathetic, professional and caring and, at times, I believe their support went above and beyond.

I engaged the services of Home Instead Senior Care (Bolton) to assist and support my elderly father. From the beginning the caregivers were delightful, caring and thoughtful. Seeing the same caregivers each day/week meant a relationship was built quickly between them and Dad. All the caregivers are reliable, industrious and efficient; they don't need prompting and just do whatever they notice is required. It is so reassuring for our family to know Dad is being so well looked after when we can't be there.

The care that my Mum has received from the lovely Caregivers from Home Instead is exceptional. They are friendly, approachable, competent and nothing is too much trouble. As a relative who lives far away, I have confidence that my Mum is well cared for. The office staff too, are second to none. They listen and offer help whenever they can.

There are four people from Home Instead who come every dinner time to care for my dad. He gets on with each one and they each take time to spend with him and get to know him and what his likes and dislikes are. They care for him as if he was a member of their family and always contact me if they have any concerns.

At a time in his life between needing increasing care and permanent care, Home Instead were a great choice. The carer was lovely and fulfilled her remit very well whilst also providing my uncle with happy chats which he looked forward to. Alas at 95 his care needs changed and he moved into a care home, but the time he had with the Home Instead team was invaluable. Many thanks for everything.

Home Instead provided flexible care to my father as his needs increased. They were professional and very caring.
