On occasion, there seems to be a little confusion between the office and the ladies, as once or twice when I have cancelled a visit, it has not got through to the lady concerned and they have turned up, which must be frustrating for them. However, in general I am delighted and relieved that you are able to visit dad. Many thanks.
Thank you for sharing this, and for your kind comments about the team supporting your dad. It's good to hear how much he values their visits. We also appreciate you raising the communication issue. We understand how important it is that any changes are clearly passed on, and we'll take this on...
My expreince with unique care was very positive. The review of my needs conducted by Chantelle was excellent and not rushed. My actual carer over 3 days was Lindzy who was very helpful and friendly and understood my needs. She helped me tidy my office which gave me a psychological boost. She was good at conversation and good company.
Thank you for sharing this. It's good to hear your experience felt positive from the start. Taking the time to properly understand what's needed is important, so it's reassuring to hear the assessment felt thorough and unhurried. It's also great to hear how helpful your carer was over those few...
My husband, with dementia, and I have been coming to Cubbington Dementia Cafe for a couple of months. It is wonderful. The people are warm and welcoming. Activities are interesting, fun and sometimes a bit quirky. It has become a firm date in our weekly calendar. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this. It's lovely to hear that you and your husband have found something you both enjoy and look forward to each week - that sense of routine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere can make such a difference. We're so pleased it's been a positive experience for you both.
The only thing is Unique are rather expensive and the services you give are limited to home Care. The only other thing is you have taken me to hospital appointments.
I would like Unique to reduce their charges and expand their range of services. All without negative impacting on what you pay your Carers. I know it can be done as I have found another Company that has achieved this.
We also...
I always try to be as pleasant as possible and listen to what they tell me about what is happening in their own lives. As an elderly lady and with much life experience i sometimes offer advice. Luckily, I have not got dementia so fully understand what they are telling me.
Basically, I regard the carers as friends who come and help me.
I commenced using Unique in 2023 but after a couple of years changed to another Agency who offered a cheaper service. However, I quickly came to the conclusion that you get what you pay for and after 6 months I asked Unique to take me back, They happily agreed and I have been with them ever since.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your words will mean a great deal to the Caregivers who support you. Building a sense of familiarity and mutual respect over time is important, and it's good to hear how comfortable you feel with those who visit. We're also very glad to have you back with us, and we appreciate the trust you've placed in the team.
Hygiene practices were inconsistent and raised health concerns. The impact on my wellbeing was significant. When these issues were raised, the provider terminated the service at short notice rather than addressing the risks. This experience left me feeling unsafe and unsupported.
One member of staff always went above and beyond and I am grateful to her.
Please be assured your concerns were taken seriously and carefully considered via formal internal review, in line with our policies. During the process, we aimed to communicate clearly and worked...
Unique Care have been fantastic all round, starting with us quickly over the Christmas holiday and have always gone above and beyond to ensure my mother has had the care and support she needed over this difficult time - companionship, assist and support, whatever she needed to her help and to help her be with my dad over these difficult few weeks.
I've always found all the staff helpful and caring and they really have gone the extra mile for us.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Your comments will mean a lot to the Caregivers and wider team involved. Supporting families with practical, dependable care, especially when circumstances change, is a responsibility we take seriously, and it's good to know that this was reflected in the support provided.
Thank you for trusting us with your Mother's care.
In the past 6 months we have had 2 great ladies who have assisted with my Mother's personal care in addition to taking my Mother out on short trips for coffee and lunch. Our local National Trust properties have also been a welcome diversion for afternoon excursions when the weather allowed.
Unique Senior Care have also been brilliant stepping up to provide additional care when my Mother was waiting for and on return from a hip replacement in the latter pack of 2025.
Chanelle and her great Team of ladies have been so kind and just lovely to have around in our home.
Chanelle and the Caregivers involved will really appreciate your kind words....
I have come to know two carers in particular - Nannw and Chanelle - spending most of the time with Nannw.
They have both been very supportive when my balance has been unsure, and both have been extremely good company.
I could not have hoped for better or more amiable support.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Recovering confidence after a series of falls can be hard, but it's great to hear how much that regular walking support has helped.
Nannw and Chanelle will be really pleased to read your kind words. Feeling supported and safe, as well as...
For me their responsiveness and engagement are excellent, providing that level of confidence that personal service really matters.
Still early days but already there is that reassurance that I've got a really good team of professionals who are there to support both parents and myself.
It means a great deal to know that the team's responsiveness and their approach from the outset have given you confidence. Hearing that you already feel supported...
Unique Care do respond to emergency situations and help to ensure the correct support is obtained.
Thank you for taking the time to share this. It means a lot to know our team's efforts to understand each person's situation and respond quickly when needed have made a difference.
Most carers are willing, very punctual and have adapted to changes in care as required, and are very helpful. They have built up a good relationship with our Mother and she is happy for them to help with all jobs. As we need two carers at present, it is proving expensive, and a half hour option would definitely be favourable to us.
Generally we are happy with the service the carers provide, some require more direction than others, but most provide excellent support.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased your Mother feels comfortable with her Caregivers and that communication has been going well. We do understand the concern around cost. While we don't offer half-hour visits, this is because we believe good care takes time - not just to complete tasks, but to offer reassurance, conversation, and build real trust.
She has built up trust with my mother-in-law and goes above and beyond attending to her personal care even cutting her hair and nails. She supports the family by picking up shopping as the family lives too far away.
The carer goes above and beyond. We would be lost without her and would recommend her to other clients.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review. It's lovely to hear how well your Caregiver has settled in and the difference she's making - not just for your mother-in-law, but for your whole family. We know how much the little things matter, especially when family live far away. Your kind words will mean a lot to her and the team.
The carers are superb and couldn't be improved upon. The coordinator is excellent and support from the office has clearly improved - we get far less 'last minute dot com' and this is important for my daughter. The care transforms my daughter's life.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It's great to hear how much the care is helping your daughter and that everything feels more organised for you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Carers were excellent; kind and professional - my father was always happy to see them. We started off with a couple of hours a week and expanded the number of hours as we needed them. Even when a carer was unable to attend, a replacement carer was found and fitted in within the same time frame. Really, no complaints.
Thank you for your kind words. It's lovely to hear that your father enjoyed seeing his Caregivers and that the support could adapt as needed. We know how important continuity of care is, so I'm glad to hear any changes were covered with minimal disruption.
I have found every helper to be kind, caring and more than happy to do whatever to make our lives easier. My husband often doesn't want to have a shower but they are very good at persuading him, which is excellent.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's so important that care is provided with kindness, patience and respect, so I'm really pleased to hear that the team have helped to make things easier for you both. I'll be sure to pass on this feedback.
Unique have provided care to my mother at home for two hours each week. She has met kind caring individuals who help to cheer her up as well as providing the care she needs. The team is easy to contact when needed and respond quickly to queries and any changes we have had to make, even at short notice.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's great to hear that our team has been a reliable support for your mother and that you've found us easy to contact and quick to assist with any changes. I'll be sure to share your kind words with the team.
The care has gradually increased over the past 12 months in terms of hours, and this has been easily managed with the team.
Thank you for your kind words! We're so pleased to hear that you've had such a positive experience with our team. It's wonderful to know the care and communication have met your expectations, and we're glad the increase in hours has been managed smoothly.
I highly recommend Unique Senior Care as a professional, genuinely caring, care provider company in Warwickshire. The carers they arranged at short notice for my dad to come in for an hour a day for several weeks following an operation were all lovely, compassionate, caring, very helpful and friendly company too. Their service hugely helped my d1ad get back on his feet again in his 90s - would definitely recommend this type of service and option for anyone needing a bit more support and assistance at home, either temporarily or permanently. They came as a great personal recommendation and it was an enormous relief to find out about them and meet them.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear that our Caregivers made such a positive impact on your dad's recovery after his operation. I'll be sure to pass your comments on to the team - they'll be so pleased to hear how much their care and support meant to you both.
I would highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for sharing this feedback. It's great to hear that everything has gone smoothly and that you've both felt well supported. I'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the team.

Meet the Team (2)
We are delighted that Nikki is the Registered Manager for our service in Stratford on Avon.
With over 20 years of care experience, she started her career in care at the age of 16, working in a care home looking after the elderly, whilst also studying at college to gain her Health and Social Care qualifications
Nikki is now a very experienced Care Manager, having worked in a range of different care settings from private and public hospitals, care homes, home care and including 18 years working with Mencap supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
A huge advocate of elderly care at home, Nikki fully understands the benefits of physical and mental wellbeing of both her clients and her support team and she truly believes in the right for everyone to be able to live safely, with respect and dignity in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the things they know and love.
Nikki loves getting to know our customers and their families, as they are all unique. She also understands the benefits of listening to their life stories, and hearing about their interests and wider families; as this enables her team to really know the people they are caring for and make each visit count and make them happy.
Outside of work, Niki has two children, two dogs – one of which weighs more than her two children and enjoys getting out in the countryside for a family walk.
Nyree is a Care Supervisor in our Warwickshire office and works alongside Nikki our Registered Manager.
