Doris Jones have offered excellent morning and evening care for my mum. It provides great peace of mind knowing that Mum has a professional carer checking in on her every day, ensuring she has had her meals and medication. The staff are always friendly, reliable and efficient and the managerial team always go the extra mile to ensure they are up to date with Mum's changing needs. We honestly wouldn't be able to manage without them and Mum feels well looked after and cared for by the staff.

The staff at Doris Jones have been amazing. We needed to implement a care package for Dad very quickly and Doris Jones rose to the task. Dad was able to return home with the support of lovely, professional carers who have taken on all sorts of tasks with very little notice. The management team has also been invaluable to me and has given me lots of advice and guidance. Looking after parents can be very stressful and bewildering but with the help of Doris Jones and community nurses, I feel better able to support my Dad’s changing needs.

All the carers that visited my mother-in-law were outstanding, they always went the extra mile. I felt like I was leaving her with family.

Having fractured a vertebrae on holiday in Italy, I felt I needed support on my return to the UK. Doris Jones were very well organised and I found all the staff kind, friendly and efficient. I had no problems at all and really appreciated the support, especially overcoming my phobia of the shower (where I had my accident). In fact, I missed their daily visits once I felt able to cope on my own! Thank you all at Doris Jones and Merry Christmas!

Doris Jones provides reliable, efficient, caring and kind carers, I felt completely comfortable leaving my mum's care in their hands. The office is always available to be contacted if there are any concerns.

Carers always cheerful and will oblige with anything. They care for both Mum and Dad and provide personal care, cook meals, do washing/ironing, administer medication and provide a weekly stocktake, which is useful to me. Continuity of staff is provided, which is important as they really recognise Mum and Dad's needs. I have just recommended this company to neighbours.

I have been with Doris Jones since 2012 and for most of that time have been very satisfied. They have really helped me at times of crisis over the years and I would not have been able to manage without them. During the covid period, they have coped with many problems but have done their best to keep up to their high standards. Their carers are the best I have ever had, being both professional and very compassionate to people's needs and dignity. I would always recommend them to other people.

My father was well looked after during his time with them an was treated with the utmost respect. All the carers were wonderful and patient but he did have a couple of favourites!

Care from Doris Jones was an excellent experience it meant that Mum was able to stay in her own home. Care was provided within a short time of our request. The app that we view gave us information on Mum's visits, so we had a first hand account of her well being at every visit. The carers I met were professional, kind and Mum enjoyed the visits. In the 13 months Mum had Doris Jones carers we were never let us down, it worked really well. Am so pleased Mum had that time in her own home with Doris Jones support. I have only praise for the carers and the organisation. Always someone available to speak to for any queries.

As far as I am concerned I am very satisfied with all the care and help I have received from all the staff and they really do try to help.

The care my mother has received from Doris Jones has been excellent. The carers go above and beyond what is expected, and they are happy to do extra jobs if they have time and are always very kind and caring to my mother. The office staff are also really efficient - they contact me if they have any concerns or time changes. The carers also use their initiative and will contact the district nurse if they feel it is necessary. My mother is reassured knowing that carers are going in three times a day, and without their support, I wouldn't be able to support my mum.
