Home Instead caregivers have been giving support to my sister-in-law following a stroke in 2017. She has had the same three caregivers for virtually all that time. They are all marvellous, willing to turn their hands to all kinds of different things as well as keeping her and her home in good order.

Both my sister and I live quite far away from Mum and she has felt really isolated and lonely in the last few years since Dad passed away. Home Instead caregivers have been supporting her for the last few weeks and it has made a real difference both for Mum and us. Mum is noticeably brighter when I talk to her on the days when she has had a visit and we are less worried about her.

I would recommend it without hesitation.

Mum now has three visits a day and all her carers are excellent. When we moved from two to three visits, the team moved very quickly to arrange it. And even when we moved the time of the morning visit, they were so accommodating. Mum's had a few falls over the course of this year and each time the office has made sure someone is with her until the medical team arrives. As we live abroad, Home Instead provide us with the reassurance that mum is receiving the best possible care to enable her to stay in her own home.

Often when dealing with a care company either the carers or the office staff let the team down fortunately for us Home Instead meet all mine and my father's needs on both counts. I have the peace of mind that his care is in very good hands.

I would absolutely recommend Home Instead as a very professional, efficient, caring and value for money agency for any loved one. They provide consistency of excellently chosen and lovely matched caregivers with a schedule at allocated times. This service is unique and exceptional being very reassuring for the service user and family. They will always provide cover if needed so we are never let down last minute. From a relative point of view I can ring the office and the call will always be taken and actioned within quick timescales. New requests and working with external agencies to support the client never phases them and this is definitely another strength Home Instead can be enormously proud of. The App detailing care plans and information together with details of each care giver visit aids outstanding joined up working. We genuinely feel so very lucky to have found you almost five years ago now! Thank you all so much!

Unfortunately after yet another fall we have had to move Mum to a care home for full-time care but I cannot recommend Home Instead Peterborough enough for letting her continue in her home of 60+ years for just a bit longer.

All the staff, from office to carers, are all so helpful, friendly and were so kind to my dad. He really enjoyed their help and company and cheered him up on his low days. Whatever our issues or concerns, nothing was too much for the staff of Home Instead, for which we will be always grateful.

I could not have survived without the care I've had from Hom Instead for more than two years. Coping with bowel and bladder problems, pus anxiety and depression has meant that I've needed help with personal care, shopping, light housework and laundry; it's been good to have the carer carers and having chats with them helped improve my mood. I now have to move to more sheltered accommodation. Will is Home Instead very much.

Home Instead has been fantastic with my mum's care. They gave great advice, listened, were able to change things around when needed and were very flexible in accommodating Mum's needs. All of the carers were professional, discreet and amiable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Instead.

Home Instead Peterborough is an excellent organisation that can be fully trusted, to not only support the person being cared for, but also the family who are kept briefed at all times. The carers are first class and my sister trusted everyone one of them completely and held each one in high regard for their friendliness, support and the comfort that they willingly offer. I could not find a care organisation that came anywhere near this standard of service and support. Truly 5 star.

I recommend HomeInstead caregivers without hesitation. The service and care given by HomeInstead to my parents was outstanding. Their caregivers do not just provide physical care or perform allotted tasks - they truly cared for and about first my mother and then latterly my father, enabling them to continue living at home for as long as possible. The fact that their caregivers have a full hour available means that they can fulfil all the care needs without having to rush and also have time to help out with extra tasks that might arise, or just have time to make a cup of tea and have a chat. This provision of companionship was especially beneficial during the long months of Covid restrictions. I also felt the benefits of the care they provided for my parents because the reporting and notifying of any concerns to me helped alleviate my worry at not being able to visit my parents on a daily basis.

I have been a client of Home Instead care for six months. The staff, both caring and management have been polite, considerate and receptive to my particular requirements. The ladies that visit me on a daily basis are wonderfully kind and always have time for a few words, in spite of their busy schedules. I can recommend the service provided by Home Instead without reservation. My daily life is much improved with their assistance.

Lovely team in every way, caregivers, office staff, everyone all very kind, thoughtful, understanding and willing. All the girls very caring and easy to get on with. Thank you all.

All the carers were very welcome. They were kind, generous, interacting people who were dedicated to their job of easing the lot of my husband, who suffered from dementia. He is now in a care home. This is the only reason for my link with Homes Instead.

Very professional, caring and compassionate from the first phone call to Home Instead requesting support for my parents in the middle of the pandemic. All the caregivers have been reliable and punctual. They continue to deliver compassionate and dignified assistance with personal care for my mother, encourage my parents to eat and drink by cooking small tasty meals, and offer companionship and conversation which my father values enormously. The caregiver's standards of light housework are high and they make sure my parents are comfortable and secure in their home on leaving at the end of their tea time visit. The ladies in the office are very professional, responding to queries quickly, full of helpful advice and visit my parents regularly to check that they are happy with the service provided. The caregivers all follow the latest government guidelines regarding PPE which is very reassuring. I fully recommend engaging Home Instead to support your loved ones at home.
