From day one, thoughtful and effective support to my father from committed carers. The back office support has been excellent in ensuring there was always a replacement carer available, in case of illness.

Home Instead has been looking after my mum for several years now. The carers are wonderful, always too happy to help with anything needed and Mum really looks forward to their visits. The office staff are excellent, responsive and very efficient. I have recommended Home Instead to several friends and they have been as happy as me with their range of services and the sensitive, thoughtful and caring people who provide them.

My Dad had been my mum’s main carer since her stroke, two years ago. He was reluctant to admit that he wasn’t coping and was unsure about having more carers in his home. However, I could see his sense of relief during the initial visit from the Home Instead team. Both Mum and Dad have a lovely relationship with their carers and enjoy the attention they are given. Great care with carers individually tailored to clients. Step up to cover emergencies too which offers peace of mind given I live so far away. The daily reports visible via app are really helpful.

I have already recommended Home Instead several times. All the staff I have dealt with have been kind, courteous, respectful and accommodating. My mum was incredibly resistant to any professional input or help but Home Instead worked with that and her, identifying superb ladies to work with her. Our family used Home Instead to provide care for our mum during her last two years at home before residential care became necessary due to dementia. They were always professional, kind and understanding. They provided the same consistent carers so as not to confuse our mum and were supportive of her needs. The care was tailored to suit her with her best interests as a priority. The communication between the office team, the carers and us was exceptional, they always went the extra mile, with senior managers calling us to offer help and advice when it came to difficult decisions and situations. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and in fact, we have twice passed their details on to friends who need help with loved ones.
