Excellent carers.

My experience with Home Instead was last month as a general rule satisfactory. Carers always arrive on time and carry out the tasks required of them to the best of their ability. They are always caring and cordial and make living alone a lot easier to manage.

I moved my Mum closer to me and contacted Home Instead Senior Care for care a few mornings per week. My Mum's eyesight was failing and after several falls, she was very unsteady. Mum's two main carers were brilliantMum enjoyed their visits and came to see them as friends. They would do anything she needed which involved helping with showering, dressing, lunch preparation, shopping, washing and calming her when she got agitated. Unfortunately, after more falls, my mum now receives full-time care and is presently in a care home.

The carers are all so cheerful and very willing to help. I like regular caregivers that I know, it is very important.

Mum and dad are very pleased with their carers who provide great companionship and attend very well to their needs. We all feel that providing care is a particular art, not all poses the empathy required to support elderly people, particularly when they have mental illnesses. Our carers seem to genuinely enjoy their job and provide great care.

Home Instead have provided outstanding care to me for almost 2 years. My wife and I are much happier and enjoy my carers visits.

All the staff have been kind as well as professional. It's the best care I've had outside of Stoke Mandeville, and over 25 years as a paraplegic wheelchair user. Thank you to all the team who help me to stay at work as a musician and school music teacher.

As someone who has encountered many types of caregivers throughout my disabled years. I can genuinely say this is by far the best company yet. Always on time, friendly and consistent. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

After several falls and luckily no breakages, my confidence was low. I was reluctant at first to accept help which was obviously needed. I have been so relieved to go shopping and to appointments of all descriptions with my helper, this relieving my family who continue to complete the picture.

More than satisfied with the level of service and care by everyone. Always willing to help with any chore and personal care.

My father is very happy with the service he receives from his two regular carers. He enjoys their company and they are both very excellent at their other tasks.

My mother is so benefitting from the home care service. She really likes the ladies that go to her who are so kind and friendly. They have helped her enormously with her loneliness and given her something to look forward to. It has been a big help to us too.

They have become friends and I look forward to them coming.

The office staff are always helpful when I have had any query.

Home Instead provided service to us for a short time while we were in need and were a great help to us.

When I had the misfortune to injure my lower back, it was distressing to come to the decision I should no longer drive my car for safety reasons. A friend suggested it would be prudent to have help. Being an independent person this was not easy to accept but realised I had no choice. I could still look after myself and my home and garden but driving was in another category altogether. So - a visit from 'Home Instead' was arranged. Now a year later, two lovely ladies each make a 2 hr visit every week. They have become not only helpers but friends and have transformed my life - I can't imagine how I could ever cope with shopping, garden centre etc without them. And importantly, I haven't totally lost my independence. Thank you all!

The carers are first class. The backup system is very good, very satisfied all round.

Highly professional; also compassionate and kindly. Aware of specific needs of spinal injury care; kindly and helpful to my wife. All care staff are excellent - lots of laughs, very good at preserving dignity. Our lives have improved steadily since Home Instead Senior Care took us on mid-2015. Very flexible service.
