All of the staff have helped us as a family so much but more importantly have enabled my mum to stay in her own home. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they take so much care in making sure that mum has a great life.

Without hesitation, we recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

Good time. Well looked after by the carers. Had a meal out. Also took me to the chemist for my subscriptions. Showed me around, as not good finding my way around myself.

Happy with our caregiver she takes me as I am versatile in what she does she uses initiative, knows or is learning where things go which I don't help by changing my mind. Cheerful and just gets on with things that are necessary. Time flies by. Good sense of humour.

The carers and office staff are all very pleasant. The carers with do anything they can to help when asked. They try to accommodate requests for time and changes.

I do not live near to my father and he was clearly needing help at home; so I chose Home Instead.

I just want to say they have been truly fantastic. The ladies in the office have been so helpful on my many calls. As always there were a few teething problems in the beginning, especially for my dad who was not sure about having care and the logistics of medication etc but all have been professionally sorted.

He now enjoys the lovely ladies who come. They have been truly outstanding, nothing is too much trouble.

Now I am still very busy but am at last having some time for me because I know my dad is being cared for twice a day.
