We are very happy with the services locally and the daily visits by caring staff for my 95 yo mother. They inspire confidence.
We also appreciate the prompt responsiveness of the team.
I would be happy to be one of their clients - one day!
It is an absolute honour to support your lovely mother. Thank you so much for your review, it means so much to the whole team. With kind regards
We knew when our lovely Nanny began needing support at home, there was only one care provider we trusted to look after her.
Having heard amazing reports about Home Instead, we gently introduced Nanny to morning visits. She quickly grew fond of the wonderful ladies who visited and often wondered why she hadn't had them sooner.
Over the past year, as Nanny's care needs increased, the quality of care she received never wavered. The team at Home Instead remained compassionate and dedicated throughout, always bringing warmth, dignity, and professionalism.
Home Instead pride themselves on continuity, kindness, communication and exceptionally high standards of care.
Because of your unwavering love and support, Nanny was able to remain in the home she adored - the place where she felt safe, surrounded by her memories and held in the love of her family.
You each hold a special place in our hearts and we will never forget the care, kindness and comfort you gave to us all
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It truly was an honour to care for your lovely Nanny in her own home. You are such a warm and kind family and you all hold a special place in our hearts too. My best regards
We can't recommend them enough and would like to thank you all for the difference you make!
Many thanks for such a lovely review, it is so appreciated by the whole team. It is such a pleasure to support your parents. Kind regards, the Owner.
The care and support provided for my mum is excellent, it enables my husband and I to do what we need to do and know that she is safe and sound. They make her happy, keep her company and she enjoys doing crosswords, games, singing and exercises with them. They definitely brighten up her day which makes us so grateful. We call them our special angels so thank you very much.
Dear Vivien Many thanks for such a lovely review, it means so much to all of the team. With kind regards.
I cannot thank Home Instead staff enough for the support received by my elderly parents. They receive a bespoke personal care package which is flexible to meet their changing needs. There has been excellent communication between family members and the carers so that we are always involved and consulted in every aspect of their care. Their carer in particular has been exceptional in the personalised care that she has provided, and both my parents will testify that she has always gone over and above what is expected of her. Thank you so much.
Dear Katy, it is truly a pleasure to support your parents in their own home. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, it means so much to the whole team. With kind regards.
The care my parents receive is outstanding. All the care pros show genuine care, love and concern for them. The office staff are also caring, efficient and trustworthy. Always going the extra mile.
Many thanks for your wonderful review, it means so much to the team. It is an honour to support your parents to live independently in thier own home. My best wishes.
My father has been fully supported by Home Instead over the past 3 years. We have had to readjust the care package several times over the past year and Home Instead have responded quickly each time to get extra care in place; we really appreciate their flexibility. All carers have been professional, kind and thorough and my dad gets on well with all of them. They have also helped out by responding quickly to a couple of emergency situations we have had. Over-all we are really delighted with the service.
I am delighted to recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs care for any reason. Whether through illness or disability someone is unable to cope with daily tasks. The lovely people at Home Instead are able to take care of your needs from personal care for example to washing, dressing etc or helping with household tasks for example cooking or laundry etc. They are always cheerful and friendly and so efficient. It is a pleasure to recommend these caring people.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it means so much to the team. It is an honour to support you in living well in your own home.
I have been using Home Instead for six years and in all that time the staff at the office have been wonderful. My dear wife passed away recently and the staff were all very sympathetic and extremely helpful - thank you. A first class organisation.
It has been such a pleasure to support you and your wife these past six years. Many thanks for your lovely review, it means so much to the whole team.
We had reached a time when my mum needed help at home. Home Instead was recommended and so I contacted them to discuss how, when and what. Such matters were totally new to me and hence I was very reliant on the guidance and advice of Home Instead. Mum's and my initial meeting with Home Instead was so good. Mum was put at ease that she would get the help she needed and I was heartened that she was going to be well cared for. Her demeanour has improved greatly since Home Instead has taken on her care service. Mum has become so much brighter and looks forward to her twice-daily care visits. The service delivery is all about mum but the communication with me around features that can make further improvements is outstanding. Nothing is an issue and whenever I have sought additional help and guidance it is forthcoming without hesitation. My sincere thanks to Home Instead for an outstanding service.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It means so much to the team. It is an absolute honour to support your mother in her own home.
Home Instead have been wonderful in caring for our mum in our absence (my brother and I both live abroad) Their love and care have enabled her to stay in her own home for many years, giving us peace of mind that she is being treated with respect and kindness (from all of the team). A huge thank you to all at Home Instead.
Many thanks for your lovely review, it means so much to the whole team.
Not only does he bring joy to Dad but was more than willing to help me.
Thank you for such a lovely review. Nothing is too much trouble for our team and we are so proud of them all. Delighted that we were able to help and bring joy at the same time. Thank you again.
We as a family made the decision to change carers and were recommended to Home Instead. They have been providing care now for 2 weeks and the difference they have made has been wonderful. We are not long on edge wondering if our parents are being cared for we know they are. We have constant contact with the agency and my parents enjoy the daily visits.
Dear Julie thank you so much for your lovely review, it means so much to the whole team. It is an honour to support your parents, they are such lovely people.
I have known some of the team at Home Instead for a couple of years now so when my nan and grandad needed care they were my obvious choice. They are a great team, so friendly and treat the client as if it were their own family member. My grandad was sadly rushed to hospital this week and the paramedics have stated that if it was not for the quick thinking and amazing care shown by the carer looking after him that day he would not be with us today, so I am so grateful for this and happy we as a family made the choice to go with them. Would highly recommend.
So lovely to receive this, thank you so much for posting it. We are very proud of our team and it is an honour to support your Nana and Grandad. Anitra.
Mum at the age of 94 took much persuasion to accept having a carer but Home Instead has been excellent and she loves both of her care pros. The company is very professional and efficient and the support she is given is superb. Thank you for making such a big difference to both our lives.
Thank you so much for your review. It is an absolute pleasure to support your Mum, both of her care pros really enjoy their visits with her. With kind regards, Anita.
Home Instead have been a fantastic care agency, helping with Mum and Dad's journey going from 1 time a day care to live-in carers. Our experience with care agencies provided prior to going with Home Instead was very poor. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
Thank you for such a lovely review. Hope our lovely client is well, we all will truly miss her beautiful smiling face. We were very pleased to see her settled in her new home.
The firm enabled my mother to remain independent for several months when it looked as though she'd need to go into residential care. I believe the people helping my mum were chosen for their maturity and background to make her feel as comfortable as possible - which they did. There was the occasional glitch along the was, but nothing of any real consequence. Before Mum went into care, the managers were very flexible and arranged for an increase in the number of hours of support at very short notice, which was much appreciated. I would recommend Home Instead.
Thank you so much for such kind words, the staff really enjoyed the time they spent with Mum.
Also, I found the office staff extremely helpful and caring.
Thank you for your kind words. It has been our absolute pleasure to support your lovely Dad. Everyone at Home Instead is incredibly fond of him and although all of his team of care givers will miss him dearly we are so pleased to see him excited about his move closer to you. We wish him love and happiness in his new home.
Mum and Dad have been blessed with their wonderful carers for over 3 years now, and their regular carers seem like part of the family. Their warmth, friendliness, kindness, attentiveness, care, skill, patience and hard work have given Mum and Dad such comfort and dignity, allowing them to enjoy living in their long-standing home. At very short notice they have been able to adapt/increase the level of care needed. The whole team - managers, administrators, care assessors, scheduler etc work hard to give a high-quality service, and they are responsive and easily contactable. So a big thank you as we go forward in our fourth year.
Many thanks for your kind words, it means so much to the whole team. Thank you from all the Home Instead team.
Lovely carers who looked after both Mum and Dad in the mornings. Even though, like everyone, they had staffing issues they were able to provide regular carers who did a good job. We would recommend them definitely.
Thank you for your kind review. Many thanks all at Home Instead.

Meet the Team (7)
Setting up my own business has been part of a truly life-changing period of my life. In 2010 I received the devastating news that I had secondary cancer. Since then life has been a whirlwind of treatment (all successful thank goodness) and making major changes to ensure that I live the life I want to in the future. It may sound strange but the experience I have been through has genuinely changed my life for the better. The people that I have met in the care sector have been amazing and have inspired me to do something worthwhile and meaningful, to dedicate myself to helping others.
I have left behind my job as an executive of a company that took me to America and across Europe for a role which is much more important to me, one where I can use my knowledge and business experience to do what really matters in life, which is ensuring good quality care is available for people when they need it.
My role is to provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure we focus on our values. I spend time developing the team, planning for the future and maintaining our relationships in the Windsor and Chertsey community. If you need good dementia or at-home care for yourself or for a loved one, please contact us to discuss how we can help.
I currently live in Wraysbury (and have done so on and off since 1977) with my 86 year-old mum. I moved back home full time in 2014 after the sudden and unexpected death of my dad – everyone says, “oh, it’s lovely that you look after your mum” but it’s actually the other way round; mum still looks after me – I get a cup of tea at 6.45 am and the offer of porridge if I would like it, plus evening meals and a magic washing basket!
I was a Metropolitan Police Officer for 21 years, followed by 14 years as manager of a Bureau De Change business in Central London and then 6 years as a Security Courier for a Foreign Exchange Wholesaler in Victoria. I am also a qualified Toastmaster (Red Tailcoat) officiating at Weddings, Civic Functions and large events.
So how did I become a CAREGiver? – As a result of the first lockdown in March 2020, all my business opportunities dried up. After spending three months working in the garden and house, I started to look around for a nice part-time job. I saw the advert for Home Instead Windsor and thought, “I can do that!” so I applied. I was successful with my application and joined in June 2020. I absolutely loved meeting my new clients and with the help and encouragement of my fellow CAREGivers and Supervisors, I quickly settled into the role. My part-time job rapidly became full time and I have really enjoyed learning about all aspects of personal care and in particular challenging behaviour and dementia.
Towards the end of November last year, I applied for the role of Area Supervisor, and much to my surprise, I was accepted. I am working hard to learn the necessary skills to support my clients and CAREGivers – being a “Techno-Dinosaur” doesn’t help but you will always see me with a smile on my face.
I am responsible for supporting my wonderful team of Care Professionals to meet the evolving needs of our existing clients' tailored support plans, as well as meeting with new clients and their family members to make sure we are there to reassure them and give peace of mind that we will find a way to meet their needs.
My role is to ensure our lovely clients get the care they need at the time they would like it and all of the communication touch points and administration around it.
I am responsible for overall office organisation. This includes answering all telephone queries, greeting visitors and managing who is where!
I am delighted to have joined the Home Instead team in the role of Finance Assistant. I will be dealing with all client invoicing and Care Pro payroll.
In 2013, I decided I needed a career change. Day in day out my job was always the same, so after careful consideration and discussions with my husband, I left to seek something more rewarding. It didn’t take me long. I saw an advertisement to become a CAREGiver with Home Instead Windsor, applied and never looked back.
My day to day routine is never the same, but every day I smile. Whether it be with my wonderful clients who I visit on a regular basis or one of the girls I work with within the office. I have the best of both worlds.
My clients are special to me and I hope they get as much pleasure with me visiting them, as they give to me. We laugh, we sing, we sometimes cry but every day is rewarding, and I leave with the knowledge that today, I made a difference in someone’s life, albeit a small difference.
Equally, my work in the office making our wonderful CAREGivers compliant is very rewarding. We have mad days and glad days, but we get through them together as a team and we smile.
For me there is no other job, I just wish I had changed careers 30 years ago.
