Absolutely fantastic, nothing too much trouble and wonderful communication with the client and family.

Everyone so far has been very kind, caring and helpful.

I am still a bit out of touch with life, and it's pitfuls here in the UK! However, the staff at Manorcourt continue, quite unafraid, I might add! To render support in just about any direction, from meal preparation, cleaning, transport, prescription deposit and collection, conversation and even DIY! The list is endless, and their energy and enthusiasm, boundless and as always, I would be lost without them.

A recent phone call from the manager of Manor Court to advise me that there had been a problem with my brother’s money. She was very apologetic and indicated that the matter was being dealt with. She followed up with further emails and calls and I was impressed by her attention to detail and for my brother’s care. My brother is receiving care on a daily basis and I am satisfied that he is being well looked after for which I am grateful.

The carers are all polite, arrive on time - or as near to that time as is possible - and carry out their duties professionally and in a very caring way. They offer advice and make sure that all the service user's needs are taken care of and are always pleasant and conversational with the service user checking at the end of their time with her if there is anything else they can do.

We have been very pleased with the staff who visit, they are helpful, kind and polite who are also hard working and excellent at interacting with my wife who is the beneficiary of their assistance (but so am I in that without their help, it would all be down to me who is also in full-time work).

Also, my brother doesn't always cook a meal and constantly there are two or three out of the fridge. Sometimes there is too much food to eat! I myself will do some shopping on the Christmas Bank Holiday. Also, my brother doesn't eat many greens so I eat the baby lettuce I fear!

It is a new experience for both of us and I am so impressed how Manorcourt has listened to and responded to our 'needs' and my husband has grown fond of the lovely people we have met. Thank you sincerely.

All my carers are so helpful friendly and professional and treat me with dignity. They always make sure I am well looked after and well. With my carers, I feel like a normal person and not like a disabled burden. The office staff are friendly and professional. I developed a very good relationship with my careers and look forward to them coming to my house. In the past, we had some trouble with a different agency and now I am looking forward for my carer to arrive. They help me around the house and take me out. And always with a smile and nothing is too much for them. I highly recommend this agency.

I have nothing but praise for the whole team at ManorCourt Homecare in Saffron Walden. They have tended to my mother with extreme kindness and care; nothing is too much trouble. My mother so looks forward to her visits from her ‘friends’, and it has made such a difference to her well-being. The office team are fantastic and offer such a personal, prompt response to any enquiry I may have; adjusting mum’s care accordingly and keeping me informed of any issues that may arise which are of concern. I feel so lucky and confident that my mother is in such good hands.

Their presence in the house is so reassuring and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I am so very grateful for all they do.

I have always been generally happy with Manorcourt's care for my parents, but I am particularly pleased with the way that they supported them following a serious flood from a water tank in their loft. Initially, it seemed my parents would have to be taken out of the property to a hospital but Manorcourt worked hard to avoid this happening. Carers were willing to work in less than ideal conditions for the period it took to stabilise things and were as keen as the family to avoid the need for the house to be vacated.

We have been so impressed with the wonderful care we have received from Manorcourt for my parents. My mother became seriously ill and my father has dementia and all the girls that have been, have treated them with such care and dignity. It’s so incredibly hard when your independence is suddenly taken away and they have gone above and beyond to make the situation as easy for us as a family. They just get on with their job and I frequently find they have done things to help that I haven’t even asked for. We are just so grateful to them all.

I am impressed by the range of services on offer and the cheerful willingness of the carers show in doing their job, especially given the difficult current circumstances. One thing I would like to comment on is that before they leave they always check to see if I need anything. This shows they really care.

A good service. All the carers are very professional as well as caring and they are easy to talk too.

I started with Manorcourt several years ago when I needed help caring for my late wife who died in August 2017. Since then I have kept on the service for domestic help. During all this time the carers sent along have always been most helpful doing all that was/is required treating me with dignity and care.

Manorcourt Care were initially caring for my dad as part of his re-enablement after leaving hospital in the first week of lock-down and fortunately for us, they were able to continue looking after him when the re-enablement finished (albeit at a slightly reduced level). I am very impressed with the care provided and that they always take the time to have a chat with Dad.
