A recent phone call from the manager of Manor Court to advise me that there had been a problem with my brother’s money. She was very apologetic and indicated that the matter was being dealt with. She followed up with further emails and calls and I was impressed by her attention to detail and for my brother’s care. My brother is receiving care on a daily basis and I am satisfied that he is being well looked after for which I am grateful.
Thank you for reviewing our services. We are very happy with the support you have been giving us as we have provided care and support for your brother. Thank you for responding to us in record time and the great communication flow. We value transparency and take our duty of care very seriously,...
The carers are all polite, arrive on time - or as near to that time as is possible - and carry out their duties professionally and in a very caring way. They offer advice and make sure that all the service user's needs are taken care of and are always pleasant and conversational with the service user checking at the end of their time with her if there is anything else they can do.
Thank you James for your glowing review. Supporting your partner has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your lives. We feel really honoured. If there is any way we can do more to support you, please do not hesitate to let us know.
We have been very pleased with the staff who visit, they are helpful, kind and polite who are also hard working and excellent at interacting with my wife who is the beneficiary of their assistance (but so am I in that without their help, it would all be down to me who is also in full-time work).
Thank you for being a great couple to support, and thank you for your kind words. Our staff love you. It means a lot to us when our clients are happy with the care and support they receive from us; at times that is all the motivation our staff need to keep going; making a positive difference in...
Many thanks to everyone.
It gives us great pleasure to be able to support your mum, Michael. Thank you for entrusting us with this responsibility. We are blessed with a team of carers who are committed to our clients; when you support our clients in times when their often over-used cars breakdown, as you have recently...
Also, my brother doesn't always cook a meal and constantly there are two or three out of the fridge. Sometimes there is too much food to eat! I myself will do some shopping on the Christmas Bank Holiday. Also, my brother doesn't eat many greens so I eat the baby lettuce I fear!
We will be making more efforts to recycle better and have been carrying out an active campaign in line with this. Thank you for the support you give your brother. Working together, as we have been, we will ensure that he gets the best...
It is a new experience for both of us and I am so impressed how Manorcourt has listened to and responded to our 'needs' and my husband has grown fond of the lovely people we have met. Thank you sincerely.
It’s a true honour and privilege to be able to support your husband and enable you to enjoy a bit of a break. We do not take your trust and confidence in us for granted. We care, we are carers and your appreciation makes every compassionate act and every sacrifice in these challenging times worthwhile. Thank you.
We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown to our mother by all the carers who attended her, and we appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of all the office staff with whom we came into contact.
Thank you, Jenny, we are truly grateful for this acknowledgement. Your mother blessed our carers, who say they were privileged to support her. Our fondest thoughts are with you, your family and your Mother as she settles in her new residence. We are only a phone call away to offer you any support you may need.
Very soon after the carers started visiting, Mum had a fall, she was found by the carer who responded professionally and calmly.
We sincerely appreciated the support of the caring staff from Manorcourt.
Thank you very much for your lovely review, Catherine. We are pleased to hear that you and your Mum were happy with our services. This means a lot to us. We are always striving to do our best and to ensure that our clients and their families receive the highest levels of care and support. Remember we are still here to support you in any way we can.
All my carers are so helpful friendly and professional and treat me with dignity. They always make sure I am well looked after and well. With my carers, I feel like a normal person and not like a disabled burden. The office staff are friendly and professional. I developed a very good relationship with my careers and look forward to them coming to my house. In the past, we had some trouble with a different agency and now I am looking forward for my carer to arrive. They help me around the house and take me out. And always with a smile and nothing is too much for them. I highly recommend this agency.
We are delighted that you are so happy with the service provided! We shall continue to work hard to achieve such high levels and will pass on your kind words to your care team.
I have nothing but praise for the whole team at ManorCourt Homecare in Saffron Walden. They have tended to my mother with extreme kindness and care; nothing is too much trouble. My mother so looks forward to her visits from her ‘friends’, and it has made such a difference to her well-being. The office team are fantastic and offer such a personal, prompt response to any enquiry I may have; adjusting mum’s care accordingly and keeping me informed of any issues that may arise which are of concern. I feel so lucky and confident that my mother is in such good hands.
We are so pleased that the service your mother has received this far has been delivered to the high standards we expect. If we can be of any further assistance please do get in touch.
Their presence in the house is so reassuring and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I am so very grateful for all they do.
I have always been generally happy with Manorcourt's care for my parents, but I am particularly pleased with the way that they supported them following a serious flood from a water tank in their loft. Initially, it seemed my parents would have to be taken out of the property to a hospital but Manorcourt worked hard to avoid this happening. Carers were willing to work in less than ideal conditions for the period it took to stabilise things and were as keen as the family to avoid the need for the house to be vacated.
We are so pleased that you are happy with the service and agree that although the flood was a bit of a nervy experience, the best outcome was achieved for all.
We have been so impressed with the wonderful care we have received from Manorcourt for my parents. My mother became seriously ill and my father has dementia and all the girls that have been, have treated them with such care and dignity. It’s so incredibly hard when your independence is suddenly taken away and they have gone above and beyond to make the situation as easy for us as a family. They just get on with their job and I frequently find they have done things to help that I haven’t even asked for. We are just so grateful to them all.
We are delighted that you have been so impressed with the service you have received and above all that we have been able to help at a difficult time. If we can do anything more please do not hesitate to get in touch.
I am impressed by the range of services on offer and the cheerful willingness of the carers show in doing their job, especially given the difficult current circumstances. One thing I would like to comment on is that before they leave they always check to see if I need anything. This shows they really care.
We are pleased that you are so happy with everything and that your time with Manorcourt has been so positive.
A good service. All the carers are very professional as well as caring and they are easy to talk too.
I started with Manorcourt several years ago when I needed help caring for my late wife who died in August 2017. Since then I have kept on the service for domestic help. During all this time the carers sent along have always been most helpful doing all that was/is required treating me with dignity and care.
Manorcourt Care were initially caring for my dad as part of his re-enablement after leaving hospital in the first week of lock-down and fortunately for us, they were able to continue looking after him when the re-enablement finished (albeit at a slightly reduced level). I am very impressed with the care provided and that they always take the time to have a chat with Dad.
We are so pleased to hear that your Dad's experience with our service has been so positive. If there is anything further we can do please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Manorcourt have looked after my father for the last two years. The staff are very friendly and he looks forward to their twice-daily visits. When there have been problems with his health they call the surgery and they keep me informed. When my mother was alive, the staff were amazing with her as she was not the easiest person to cope with and together with the surgery and district nurses they organised her end of life care. They made sure everything she needed was there, which was wonderful as I was not in an emotional state to cope. I regularly tell friends how good the carers and office support staff are. I trust them completely with my father's care and their ability to react quickly when he appears unwell.
As a team, we are so pleased that as a family, you have been so happy with the service provided. Please let us know if we can do any more to assist.
We have used Manorcourt Homecare since my 89-year-old mother came out of hospital last summer. She receives three visits a day, helping with washing, dressing and feeding. The carers have all, without exception, been professional, empathetic and brilliant at their job, with no real disruption due to Covid-19. I fully recommend the service.
We are absolutely delighted to be able to provide such a high level of service. Especially at this most difficult of times.
My mum has been going through quite a difficult phase and the carers have been very patient with her and some of them have gone above and beyond in their care of her. I am extremely grateful for all the care and assistance the carers have given to her especially during this difficult time when I and other members of the family have been unable to even visit her.
We are so happy to have been able to help, especially in such trying times. All the team thoroughly enjoy visiting your Mum.

Meet the Team (2)
My brightest career highlight to date was being offered my previous job as Compliance Officer. I moved from a carer to a Team Leader and I am really proud to have become the Compliance Offer for the branch.
I have now moved into an advanced role as a Care Manager, which again makes me so proud. My favourite part of my working day is helping others, this gives me a sense of achievement. I enjoy the team spirit at this branch, I feel everyone works well as a team.
In November 2021 I was promoted to team leader and I was really proud of this. I have been able to progress in something I love being part of and have the opportunity to learn even more. MCC offers great opportunities to progress in the future. I feel that at manor court we are one big family, working together as a team to deliver the highest quality of care and support. In my job role, it is key to have good leadership and communication skills. Every day is different and that’s what makes my job exciting
In my spare time, I like to go for dinner and spend time with my friends and family.
