We have found the staff at Manorcourt to be most caring and treat my wife as part of the carers family, which is most comforting for both of us. In all we could not wish for better people to look after my wife.

Overall Experience

Having had several care agencies over the years Manorcourt Homecare has proved to be the best. A list of carers is sent out in advance which is nice and helpful. On the odd occasion there are changes or delays are made from the list we are advised in advance by phone communication with me the next of kin is also good. The carers are very good, kind and caring and respectful of the clients dignity. They have been especially attentive during a recent illness being flexible with extra shifts and time spent with the client. I would highly recommend Manorcourt for their reliability, support and care.

My brightest career highlight to date was being offered my previous job as Compliance Officer. I moved from a carer to a Team Leader and I am really proud to have become the Compliance Offer for the branch.

I have now moved into an advanced role as a Care Manager, which again makes me so proud. My favourite part of my working day is helping others, this gives me a sense of achievement. I enjoy the team spirit at this branch, I feel everyone works well as a team.

I began working as a carer for Manorcourt Care in 2018. I have absolutely loved domiciliary care and working alongside such an amazing team of people at MCC, making a positive difference in people's lives and ensuring that they have the best quality of life in their own homes.

In November 2021 I was promoted to team leader and I was really proud of this. I have been able to progress in something I love being part of and have the opportunity to learn even more. MCC offers great opportunities to progress in the future. I feel that at manor court we are one big family, working together as a team to deliver the highest quality of care and support. In my job role, it is key to have good leadership and communication skills. Every day is different and that’s what makes my job exciting

In my spare time, I like to go for dinner and spend time with my friends and family.
