My mum has been going through quite a difficult phase and the carers have been very patient with her and some of them have gone above and beyond in their care of her. I am extremely grateful for all the care and assistance the carers have given to her especially during this difficult time when I and other members of the family have been unable to even visit her.
We are so happy to have been able to help, especially in such trying times. All the team thoroughly enjoy visiting your Mum.
I am very happy with all Manorcourt carers and they look after me really well.
The carers I have are extremely good.
We are very satisfied.
I am very satisfied with my carers.
Happy with the service.
I am really pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the service we provide.
I cannot express in so few words what incredible support all of the "girls" and the odd male have shown towards my wife's Auntie. They, with no exception, showed huge compassion to a remarkable degree. In short, we will miss you all! There is no doubt without you, our situation would have been grave, but for me personally having to visit the household on a daily basis, my faith was compounded by your presence. Thank you for everything.
My mother is living with Alzheimer's but is still very much herself and wants to be more independent. However, she broke her wrist recently. Manorcourt Care provided extra carers immediately who treated her with respect and tact. They helped her to accept her new circumstances (arm in plaster) and were kind but firm she rebelled and wanted to remove her plaster cast, She enjoyed their conversation and good humour. They coped well with the unexpected. I recommend them highly.
These ladies that come to care for us are a blessing, so polite and more like a family member (or better in some cases). It starts my day on a happy note, nothing is too much trouble from a shower to a nice cuppa tea and chat. I can't give enough praise for the manager to the carers. Big THANK YOU's all round.
I am pleased that Brenda is so happy with the care she receives. It is an absolute pleasure to care for Brenda and have her as part of our service. I personally enjoy all our chats when she calls the office and I know the carers all really enjoy visiting Brenda.
When we first started using Manorcourt Homecare (Saffron Walden) the management who we spoke to were friendly, helpful and put us at ease as it was all new to us. When the carer started coming in they were friendly, helpful and the care they give mum is 5*. Mum is treated with care, support, dignity and put mum at ease talking to her and make her laugh. They are friendly to me and pass the time of day with me. We feel lucky to have a homecare like Manorcourt Homecare (Saffron Walden) management team. Leaders and all the carers are very dedicated to their job. Thank you.
Carers good and reliable, management not so.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you have such a good relationship with your carers, and hopefully, with the new management team in place, you will see improvements in that area too.
My Grandma has greatly improved in her hygiene and wellbeing. Every carer that has come here is very helpful, polite and speaks to my Grandma in a very good way. I wouldn't change this service or carers. All very understanding.
Very very happy with the company.
I have received consistently excellent care from two lovely members of staff. Both are always kind and friendly and always make time to check I am ok mentally as well as physically. The agency is good at responding to problems and rearranging visits if I need them to.
Manorcourt Homecare (Saffron Walden) carers are all very polite, kind and efficient on the whole. The rota is kept to the time suitable to us as much as possible.
I have a problem with my cleaner arriving on time. Have on occasions been an hour late. Also if I phone the office asking for a message to be passed on to my cleaner it is rarely passed on to her.
Thank you for your feedback. I have taken on board your comments and would like to introduce myself. I am the new branch manager recently appointed to Manor Court in Saffron Walden.
I am very happy to come out and meet with you and your family to discuss things further if you would like me to.
Everyone overall is very kind. Quite a few of them chat to my husband. Some carers are better than others.
Manorcourt have and are always open and honest relating to my care. Staff are efficient and helpful.
No problem with carers, but when I have done its always been sorted.
We have used Manorcourt for 18 months now and they are excellent. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful and all the care staff and friendly, polite, and caring and always take your wishes into account. We would recommend them to anyone.

Meet the Team (2)
My brightest career highlight to date was being offered my previous job as Compliance Officer. I moved from a carer to a Team Leader and I am really proud to have become the Compliance Offer for the branch.
I have now moved into an advanced role as a Care Manager, which again makes me so proud. My favourite part of my working day is helping others, this gives me a sense of achievement. I enjoy the team spirit at this branch, I feel everyone works well as a team.
In November 2021 I was promoted to team leader and I was really proud of this. I have been able to progress in something I love being part of and have the opportunity to learn even more. MCC offers great opportunities to progress in the future. I feel that at manor court we are one big family, working together as a team to deliver the highest quality of care and support. In my job role, it is key to have good leadership and communication skills. Every day is different and that’s what makes my job exciting
In my spare time, I like to go for dinner and spend time with my friends and family.
