My mother has been receiving care from Bluebird since Sep 21. Although initially reluctant to have home care, mum now feels very happy with her twice daily visits and particularly looks forward to seeing her main carer, who is personable, caring, efficient and with an eye for detail. It’s reassuring to know that as mum’s needs increase, in consultation with Bluebird, her care can be extended. To start with, there was a lack of continuity of carers, (other than the main carer), which caused some stress to mum, however, Bluebird listened and this issue has largely been addressed; Mum now receives care from a much smaller cohort, which we’re very happy about.
Starting in-home care is a big step for many; Bluebird understands this - its carers are friendly, kind, respectful of their clients and property. The manager and supervisors are on hand to deal with any concerns or increased needs, reviewing the service to clients on a regular basis. I wholeheartedly recommend Bluebird Care.

After visiting my aunt in April after not being allowed to see her for such a long time, I could not believe how well she looked. She is receiving care from Bluebird and they have clearly done an amazing job at getting her back to baseline and her being able to be independent in her own home again....

I saw one of the care workers while I was here and was delighted to see the correct use of PPE and how professional they looked.
