The girls who support me are amazing, they make me laugh and make me feel like they are friends rather than carers. Nothing is too much trouble. They raise my spirits when I am feeling low. Everyone I have been in contact with has been friendly and always willing to help me, they offer flexibility and are always able to adjust my plan if needed. Thank you to everyone.

Our experience with Bluebird Care Exmouth has been a positive one, the carers are always very pleasant and friendly and usually arrive within the time frame agreed with us.

I have found the service to be flexible in order to fit in with our family life and extra care has been provided on several occasions to facilitate hospital appointments for myself.

My father was on an end of life care package and throughout my time while with my father in his final days, the care staff from Bluebird Care Exmouth showed compassion and empathy towards my father and the family around. Care staff were professional and very caring, and as a retired social worker, I could not fault the care provided from the management and care staff. Nothing was too much for the carers.

The carers now care for my mother and continue to provide the same care and compassion towards my mother as they did my father. They are proactive in identifying things that need to be attended to in my mother's home, as my mother will often say nothing needs to be done. Bluebird have taken a huge weight off us as a family as they keep us informed of changing care needs. I fully recommend Bluebird Care Exmouth.

My brother has had exceptional care from Bluebird Care Exmouth from the start. He faces many challenges from complex Parkinson's and Bluebird's support and management teams have been equal to them all. They are thoroughly professional, competent and clearly deeply caring, and he really appreciates the difference they are making to his life.
The carers are completely reliable, very efficient and effective and never lose sight of the person behind the problem.
They've brought humour and a breath of fresh air during this difficult and isolating time, kept his spirits up and boosted his confidence.
Everyone I've had contact with has proved invaluable to me, remote managing his care from 600 miles away.

I hope Bluebird Care are still going strong when I need them!

The services provided by all the Bluebird carers who visit my elderly mother, who has dementia, is exceptional. Without their care and support, my mum would sadly need to be in a care home. However, with the daily hourly visits from the carer to assist her with all daily tasks, she is able to stay at home and within her comfort zone.
My mum looks forward to seeing the ladies each day and they are brilliant when chatting and listening to my mum's confabulations!
I would not hesitate in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone who needs support for a relative. They have been a godsend during these exceptionally stressful times of Covid. We would have been at a loss without their amazing support and care.

Bless them.

My mother has Bluebird Care and in these very difficult times due to lockdown with the Covid outbreak, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. Just to know that all aspects of her care needs are taken care of and she has company three times a day is a great comfort to me.
My mother is a very independent woman, and the carers have got to know her well and work with her to help keep as independent as she wants and is safe to do so.
Communication with the team is very good and allows me to keep up-to-date with every aspect of her daily care, any concerns I may have are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.

With this care in place, my mother can stay living safely in her own home which is what she wants.

My mother has been receiving care from Bluebird for nearly 3 years. After the initial settling in period, the carers visiting her have been prompt, caring and competent. Overall we have had full confidence in them. I have always felt able to contact the office and speak to a supervisor to discuss any changes to mums needs.

As with all teams, there are those with more experience and those whose care and attention stand out but we feel all the carers have given their best.

My family live away, Hampshire, Cornwall and Lancashire, but phone regularly and have now bought me a computer so I can talk with one of them daily and look forward to December when I hope to see them. My girl carers are excellent and although only have two half-hour slots daily, they do everything them can to make me comfortable including shopping and necessary cleaning. I have regular help from two girls and one exceptional girl twice a day. I honestly could not have better. If I could have someone to help in the garden and could afford it I would. The support I have here, form everyone, is excellent. Thank you.

Highly reliable company. professional in appearance. I totally rely on Bluebird for my mother's care needs. I think they should be tested for coronavirus as staff in care homes are. I have had issues with staff leaving early though. This is often because my mother tells them they can go. I can always pick up the phone to Bluebird and their response to any request is met quickly. All in all, I could not do without Bluebird. They are doing a great job in difficult circumstances.

I had three live-in carers, all of whom satisfactory, but two (female) were better than the male. They were more domesticated and proactive. I was disappointed that no one from Bluebird asked me how I was getting along with these people. The daily visits (one am and one pm) were fine.

Many thanks for your feedback, which we will use as a tool to help us improve the service. I’m sorry that you felt the two reviews undertaken by our dedicated Live-in care team did not give you the level of contact you wanted. Bluebird Exmouth cared for my dad for a couple of years before he relocated to be nearer his family. I know how much he looked forward to their daily visits and they seemed genuinely pleased to see him too. The office team were always very helpful whenever I contacted them and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to anyone who is considering carers for their loved ones.

My mum who is 90 has dementia. I live in London and her daughter lives in Spain. Bluebird have provided the day-to-day care that we just are unable to provide. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic, not just doing their job in a really professional manner, but really caring for and providing companionship too. At this truly extraordinary time, the management team have a clear pragmatic strategy for getting through this looking after my mum and their team. Thanks to everyone.
