Very impressed with the manager and her team. They are very professional, caring and friendly, and everything you could ask for when having carers looking after a relative. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager as she goes above and beyond to help. I am so pleased I made the call to Bluebird as the care and the support they have shown my dad over the past few weeks have been excellent; the whole family are very pleased and reassured. We would recommend Bluebird to anyone who is looking for a care provider.

At first, I was sceptical about a 'stranger' coming into my home, but all concerns were soon dispelled because the ladies were considerate, kind and above all, professional. They find time (sometimes beyond their scheduled time) to have a chat. This way we get to know one another and, in essence, become part of the family. They have taken a great deal of work from my shoulders.

The excellent Bluebird carers have enabled mum to stay in her own home for the past four and a half years, and it is with reluctance that we have had to now move her into residential care to be nearer to family. We would especially like to thank her carers, who have particularly helped with the situation as mum's dementia worsens, although all the carers have been great, very kind and professional.

I had to arrange care quickly for my mother after a fall at home. Bluebird arranged an assessment quickly and were able to provide a live-in carer within a week. Mum was very happy with the carers who lived in and looked after her, and I was extremely pleased with the service provided.
