Dad was placed on palliative care at the end of August. He slowly deteriorated and this last month took to his bed. His two main carers were so gentle with him. On his last night with us, they made him comfortable in bed and said goodnight to him, see him in the morning. Unfortunately, Dad passed, but I believe he felt settled when the boys put him to bed as he went within 15 mins. I will miss their care for Dad, they were brilliant, and it was the right decision to change agency.

We are very happy with the service we have and are receiving from Skillcare Ltd. The carers are very caring/supportive to my mother as well as the rest of the family. It is a joy and less stressful to know my mum is receiving the care she well deserves.

Month of June, drop in standard, certain care workers refusing simple tasks. My mother is the easiest of all your patient, yet a small request was declined because it's "not on the list". Well, sometimes, they need to think outside of the box, taking all into account.
