Skillcare is a very professional company offering excellent, respect and understanding. They make the client feel looked after very well using expertise, respect, gentle approach and friendly manner. Their work is carried out with cleanliness and tidiness and respect for the home. The carers are polite and educated, and we respect them and feel so happy they are visiting our home. Trustworthy!

Some of the carers are very good and reliable, and some not reliable. If they cannot start early morning, they should let the office know when they get their rotas.
I am the daughter-in-law, and we had doubts because we had to change our care providers. As the spokesperson appointed person on his "Power of Attorney", we would like to express our appreciation and state that the care administered is professional throughout and you have accommodated our requests. The carers are true angels and ever on days where he was in the hospital, they would visit to get an update on his recovery, and that alone says a lot. Thank you all.

We have been using this service for quite a while now, and are happy with the service my mother receives. They do go the extra mile to help and look after my mother. Always informing us if they are not happy with anything to do with my mother i.e medication, bedsores etc.
My dad has become bedbound since April and the care provided is invaluable. The carers are friendly, gentle and supportive. They treat my dad with dignity and respect and are understanding of his needs. The service throughout the pandemic has been continuous, prompt and professional. I would highly recommend all the carers. A big thank you to the whole team!

I have to say that all the carers who have attended to my father who now, unfortunately, cannot walk; has been fabulous. These are trying times, but the whole team from the manager to all the carers have been sympathetic kind, and very helpful. They have the experience, and they always have listened to what the family wanted in terms of the daily visits to my father and his needs. They treat him like family and are very kind to my mother as well. I know that when I go to work both of them are in safe hands.

Skillcare are generally prompt to respond to queries by phone and email and I have found them professional when I have had cause to contact them.
The carers who look after my mother-in-law have been very respectful and kind. We have also had good communication with the management team.
