Very happy with the care standard. The introductions were beneficial. And having consistent times and care providers is great. Even on camera, the cleanliness is outstanding! Plus splitting jobs between Morning/Evening (such as washing) works well.

Carers are reliable, helpful and conscientious. They work efficiently but in a friendly manner. I very much appreciate their work. I have serious hearing and loss they respond well to my needs - eg facing me when speaking, not speaking too quickly or rephrasing what they originally said. They also communicate well with my husband.

A member of staff at the Worle office was extremely helpful and empathetic from the start and paired Mum with a lovely lady who fits our needs and Mum's personality extremely well.

On meeting with Home Instead to discuss my mother's needs, I was instantly at ease with what I heard. They try hard to match carers with their client. Consistency with carers in order that trust is built between both client and carer. So it was easy to finally put a care plan in place!
I can't articulate really how grateful I am that they are helping me to care for my mum.me I feel a great relief and more importantly, my mum just loves her carers coming to visit and helping her with whatever it is she may need on any given visit!
Home Instead have been extremely supportive towards myself in checking everything is going as I had hoped and that my mum is happy, my goodness she is!

Being elderly and told that I could no longer drive, I was worried that I could not manage to get provisions etc. I was also worried because I was getting increasingly disabled. Carer is always on time. Takes good care of patient while talking . Leaves clean and tidy rooms. Reports before leaving of any mishaps. Will do any extra task I give like ironing. I can go out with confidence that all will be well.

All the carers have a real understanding of Mum's needs and remain helpful, even when because of her dementia she is difficult. They will do shopping for her, even for single items and when she feels confident enough, take her out as well. Brilliant service.

I am very pleased with the care my mum is receiving, it's nice to know that she is happy with the carers and gets on well with them, nothing seems too much trouble if she asks them to do anything. Originally from Poland, I have lived in the UK for 20 years now and have a long history of working in care. I am keen to bring my enthusiasm and expertise to Home Instead.
I live in Weston with my husband, and in my spare time I enjoy taking in the scenery at our local beaches and visiting my daughter at Cardiff University.
Hello, I’m Natalie, I joined Home Instead in 2020. I have worked in the care sector throughout my career and am passionate about working with and improving the lives of others. I took maternity leave in 2022 and returned to work in the role of Finance Officer and Compliance Coordinator. I assist our director; Luisa with the financial aspects of the business as well as auditing, to ensure we are maintaining the highest possible standards.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and 2 cats.

My name is Sam and I’m a Team Leader.
I was born and raised on the Isle of Wight with my sister and twin brother. When I left school, I took up a 3 year course at college for landscape gardening which I really enjoyed doing and being outdoors. Then I worked for 2 Harvester restaurants as part of the management team in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. I moved back to the Isle of Wight and that's when I came across care, I worked for 2 care companies, but I had to stop after my motorbike accident back in 2015. When I was able to go back to work, I moved back to Hertfordshire and started to work for Home Instead in Hemel Hempstead as a care coordinator.
I then moved to Sampford Courtenay and lived there for 4 years, but I also worked for the Tavistock Home Instead office where I was the On Call Manager and Scheduler for 3 & a half years.
Care is a job that I enjoy doing to help and support anyone who needs people like us and find the job very rewarding. I speak to our clients and Care Professionals every day, asking how their day has been and lots more, it is so lovely to hear stories from clients and what they enjoy doing.
The training and support that I got from Home Instead over the 6 years have been amazing, they are always willing to go that extra mile no matter what and working with the office team and care professionals have also been really supportive.
