Carers are very professional and treat client with respect and dignity. Friendly and thoughtful, understand needs and makes helpful suggestions. Managers are approachable and try to ensure continuity of carers.

But these days he looks forward to them coming. All the ladies are lovely.

We greatly appreciate the very high quality of support provided by all the Home Instead carers who have been caring for our father over the past months. Their ability to see what needs to be done and to adapt to his needs daily is outstanding. We appreciate their professionalism and most of all their kindness in the way they interact with him.

The management team and care professionals have been nothing short of amazing. The service provided to our family has been sensitive, responsive and very person centered. There is always someone to contact and the team have gone the extra mile to ensure staff and support is well matched to our needs as a family. The time and attention the entire team at Home Instead have taken to get our package of care right and inline with our families preferences has been extremely reassuring to us. Our family was experiencing a time of crisis and the team have come in and worked empathetically and promptly to give us exactly what we needed. We feel seen. For a family that has a lot of experience of health and social care services, we can sincerely say everyone at Home Instead has exceeded our expectations and we all feel very grateful for the diligent and compassionate work they are doing. Communication is great, and we continue to get prompt answers to our questions from experienced professionals.

Home Instead went out of their way to provide care at short notice, which was much appreciated. The carers were friendly and reliable, giving exactly the kind of support my mother needed after an injury. Should she need support in the future, we would not hesitate to return to Home Instead.

I'm new to Home Instead but, so far, so good. Communication is good between management and myself, all care staff have been very caring and lovely towards my sons. All staff involved have been very accommodating to their (and my) needs.

We have a resident carer supported by one hour of care each day. The carers are both competent professionals and really relate to and help my wife who is totally dependent and can't speak, or leave her bed. I have strong confidence in the service provided by Home Instead. One slight niggle: resident carers whom we have enjoyed living with us have been moved to other clients because of the need of the service.

When my father was rushed to hospital, my mother’s carer from Home Instead stayed until the ambulance arrived and then kept my mother company until there was news. When my father was moved to a care home, they were quick to identify extra resources to take Mum to visit him. They are caring and flexible. You only have to ask and they will respond with a practical plan that works well for the family.

I must say that Home Instead has been very good. Made my husband very happy to have them here to help him.

My mum's care team is great, out of about 12-15 carers I only have a problem with two and that's only down to personality. My main problem is that there seems a lack of communication in the office. When I started with Home Instead, they seemed to listen? Now I'm just not sure what is going on, at times you feel as if you are just being passed around, even the carers seem more stressed with the office?

I am very pleased with the service provided by the staff at Home Instead. They are caring, professional and try to so their best for us.

Home Instead (Weston Super Mare) provided daily morning home care to my dad for several years prior to his move into a residential nursing home. From the outset with the initial assessment visit, through all of the ongoing care and his annual reviews, the level of care, attention to detail, warmth, friendliness, kindness, compassion and consideration was first class.
