The caregivers are very courteous they support my daughter to cook and prepare meals. My daughter is still not happy about cutting up meat. Caregivers are good.
Well informed, good service, makes my daughter had a lot more confidence which makes her happy, gives her more life skills which make me happy (happy daughter, happy mother).
I am very happy with Home Instead care givers. They do all the tasks required of them but I would like longer at times so its not a rush as I need to take my time these days.
It's excellent.
I have no complaints with Home Instead Senior Care. They are very friendly and very nice. You can chat with them. If person not available at the time they always call back. Office staff when visiting my home are very friendly.
From my experience with Home Instead Senior Care they have been very good, they support me in my home to maintain cleanliness.
I have always had Home Instead Senior Care and have experienced no problems with the support they give me. They always turn up when they are supposed to do. They are all alright.
I think Home Instead are very kind and good to me. I have had no problems.
They have made a great difference to my life. I have respite so I can go and enjoy painting at my painting class once a week. If painting class is cancelled I can also go to Meadowhall to look around the shops, knowing that my wife is well looked after.
Home Instead are excellent. The two caregivers that attend to my wife are really good. It enabled me to have some respite. They take her out, also they take her to knit and knatter, swimming or whatever she feels she wants to do.
Since the first visit made by staff to asses my father's needs to the carer's regularly visiting has been very good. They are polite, helpful and relay messages or information to us as a family due to my father's memory not being great. Very impressed with the service provided.
Through a recent disability I needed assistance but was unsure about which agency to choose. A friend told me initially about Home Instead and I am thankful. From the word go I have had kindness, real care from every person I've met.
We go to the gym and snooker and have a good laugh.
