I am so glad to have the carers in to help me. I would not have the confidence to use the shower myself. It helps to brighten up my day when they call.
Thank you for your great review, it is great to hear that you are happy with the service and will continue to provide our high standards.
I have found the carers to be friendly and approachable and that they follow out any instructions I ask them to do. I have found them all to be trustworthy and feel safe when they visit our home. Mum enjoys seeing them and feels they show interest in her care.
Thank you for your kind comments, we are glad to hear mum is happy with the care provided.
The staff are very good at helping with bathing. Some staff go above and beyond by asking and carrying out additional tasks when appropriate.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we are glad that you are happy with the care provided.
I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Care and Support. The care given to my parents has been of a very high standard and staff have taken time to listen and get to know their likes/dislikes. Carers are friendly, professional and have always treated my parents with dignity and respect and on many occasions have gone above and beyond expectations. Calls to the office staff have also been dealt with quickly and efficiently and as a family, we cannot thank the carers enough as they have continually given peace of mind that Mum and Dad were being cared for well.
Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear you are happy with the service provided.
My mum's main carer is excellent. She is reliable, trustworthy and very efficient and goes beyond the call of duty. However, some of the other carers vary a great deal in standards. My overall grade would have been excellent had all the carers met the standard of her main carer.
Excellent, caring service, could not manage without them. Always kind and patient towards my mother who has dementia and is incontinent.
Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear that you are happy with the service.
I want it stopped because anyway it could be better and also paying out all this money to pop two tablets in my mouth when I can do it myself and also things have gone missing out of my bungalow since they've been coming round. I'd rather not have this service because my friend can do it for me. I think I'm being ripped off. So stop it ASAP. I feel I'm being taken advantage of and with these high bills too.
Kind regards.
They stepped in at short notice and provided care daily, initially twice daily. Their enabling skills helped me to progress and go down to one call per day. I have a regular carer five days which helps build a trusting relationship and aided progression. Everyone has been sensitive to my needs, giving attention to my dignity, safety and health and wellbeing.
Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear you are doing well and are happy with the service provided.
Very helpful. The carers ask if there is anything else they can do to help.
Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear that you are happy with the service.
My mum's mood has improved immensely since the careers have been coming in every day. I appreciate how difficult it must be for them with the Covid-19 and I can't thank them enough for their support and friendship.
Thank you for your feedback, we are really pleased to hear that your mum is doing well and we hope this continues in the future.
Absolutely brilliant service.
Too many different carers used by the agency. No continuity. Even though notes are written every day by myself or my sister, they are not always carried through i.e "Please don't ask mum if she wants anything to eat - she will always say she isn't hungry". We ask that a simple meal is prepared and just be put in front of her - nine times out of ten she will always eat it. I have also called at mums after the carer has been for the last visit of the day and found the front door unlocked. Obviously, I informed the agency.
Good company and helpful.
The time we have used them they have been excellent. The staff are all well mannered, clean and tidy them make my husband feel very comfortable. Great help for me and the family.
We have been most satisfied with all the staff who always show care and consideration.
The company has been caring for my husband for two weeks. We find the carers smart in appearance, reliable and caring. They chat with my husband, which he enjoys.
Wonderful.
O.K.
All personnel are wonderful. They are special.
In general, we are extremely satisfied with the service my mother has received from the carers. However, on occasions due to staffing level problems and road traffic difficulties - timing has been an issue and sometimes carers have arrived early and sometimes late.
