Bluebird (Westminster) has been an essential part of my Mother's daily care for over a year now. In recent times they have gone above and beyond to ensure my Mother's safety and wellbeing during what has been an extremely challenging time for us all. Both carers very much live up to their titles as 'carers' and my Mother has become extremely fond of both of them. I would also commend the thought that went into placing the right carers with the right client - thank you to all at Bluebird Westminster.
Thanks for the great review, it is a pleasure looking after your mother. So nice to have such great feedback which is why we work in this industry. I will pass this over to all the care team involved in her service. All the best - Bluebird Care Westminster
Bluebird Westminster is helping my Godmother with her care needs. She was very resistant and struggles with insight into her loss of ability to manage alone. I cannot praise Bluebird enough for their care, flexibility and attention to detail. The office back up is friendly, reliable and responsive 24 hours a day. Hiccups in the care package are easy to talk over and resolve when they occur. The processes are transparent and having the care notes available online is very helpful not only for day to day review of what is happening but also as an objective start when reviewing the care package. The carers are well supported by the office and well trained. My Godmother's current care manager is very approachable and keen to understand the nuances of her personality and background. This is turn helps the carers manage her confusion and resistance to care should these occur. In fact, she adores her regular carers. I am so grateful, thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We very much enjoy looking after your Godmother. We believe in looking after each person individually so it is nice to hear our approach is working so well. We wish you all the very best.
Bluebird have accommodated our requests and 2 of your carers go the extra mile.
In this day and age with the manifold ailments creating very many vulnerable individuals, a good caring service is imperative in the lives of destitute people, Bluebird provides such a service with sincerity and truth.
Very efficient and caring service - very impressed. The carer arrived punctually and dealt with my wife with dignity and warmth.
This is the first time that we have used Bluebird Care Westminster. We were very satisfied with my mother’s carer.
My son and I spent one week in London. Our caregivers were on time, prepared, efficient and not rushed in their care of my son. Most importantly, they were respectful, kind and treated my son with the utmost respect and dignity. We hope to return to London in the future and will not hesitate to use the Bluebird agency for our care while we are there.
When I first had Bluebird, I had arranged a number of visits a day. As I began to learn how to handle my illness, very severe COPD, I was able to tailor my carer visits to my needs. This proved eventually to work out at one hour long visits each day, early in the afternoon. I now have a regular carer most of the time and look forward to her visits. She has become quite proprietorial about the organisation of my kitchen, which I find both amusing and helpful.
I get gradually weaker as time goes by, but my carer keeps up with me. Bluebird Care provides me, amongst other things, with personal hygiene, home cleaning, laundry, ironing, watering the plants, emergency shopping for such things as milk and bread, but also, importantly, they play along with my sense of fun, which, however ill I get, I hope I would never have to give up.
Thank you, Bluebird.
My mother was younger than some patients aged 64, but her carer adapted to this and respected her care and wishes. The carer did an excellent job keeping my mothers flat clean and tidy. She showed concern when my mother was often admitted to hospital. The fact the carer attended my mothers funeral shows her close bond with my mother and our family.
The career comes once a week and helps me shower, dress and gets my breakfast. They are always on time, civil and efficient. They check to see that they have completed all their tasks and see that all the things I need are within reach when they go. They are very caring and I don't know what I would do without them.
Bluebird Care provided respectful, dignified and personal care for almost a year. The reviews I found online were incredibly positive and I was a little worried nothing could live up to the hype. But in every way, the experience we had was just as good - if not better. The manager and the team give us time, their expertise and complete peace of mind.
They have been invaluable to my recovery.
My usual cleaner is very good. She works well, is careful when handling my personal items. She is pleasant, chats about general subjects - which I appreciate and is always polite and cheerful. Occasionally I have to change my appointment and the office staff have been very helpful in arranging these changes and sending a suitable substitute if my usual lady is unable to come.
From the beginning, Bluebird Care Westminster could not have been more helpful and understanding.
They assessed my mums needs, and her carer is a lovely lady, super professional, kind, willing and a great support to my mum and I.
The carer company Bluebird Care, has been very helpful from the start. It's difficult sometimes to do a rota a week ahead for them but overall, they're very accommodating and try to help tailor things to how we want. We've tried 4 or 5 carers and they've all be very nice, and helpful. When my father is asleep, some of them have helped around the house, which is appreciated. Payment it is easy and straightforward, it would be great to have a discounted long term package though. Weekend carers are less easy to get, so it would be better if they had more carers available on the weekends.
