My son is using the above agency to provide personal care. The care providers are very good and doing an excellent job to look after my son for personal care. The staff and management are very poor to organise the rota - they just introduce new care provider without them having any training or...
My son is using the above agency to provide personal care. The care providers are very good and doing an excellent job to look after my son for personal care. The staff and management are very poor to organise the rota - they just introduce new care provider without them having any training or qualification or to have any background knowledge of my son's needs. They expect me to train them and carry on. They also don't let me know of any changes they make in their rota for their care given. This puts me in a very awkward position waiting for the right carer to come. I have complained so many times but they do not take any notice.

We have been working together and have now resolved the scheduling concerns. The main reason for scheduling problems, was due to the preferred Caregiver running in issues with traffic, this has now been addressed.
