Always treated with dignity and helping the client to be independent and very supportive.
Perfectly satisfactory. Everyone has been helpful and amiable.
My son is using the above agency to provide personal care. The care providers are very good and doing an excellent job to look after my son for personal care. The staff and management are very poor to organise the rota - they just introduce new care provider without them having any training or qualification or to have any background knowledge of my son's needs. They expect me to train them and carry on. They also don't let me know of any changes they make in their rota for their care given. This puts me in a very awkward position waiting for the right carer to come. I have complained so many times but they do not take any notice.
My carers are lovely and work very hard looking after me , chatting, cleaning, supporting me, through good and bad days.
Personal carers most helpful and caring. Administration not quite so, scheduling problems have led to some dissatisfaction as communicated to Leicestershire City Council
We have been working together and have now resolved the scheduling concerns. The main reason for scheduling problems, was due to the preferred Caregiver running in issues with traffic, this has now been addressed.
Very happy with service that is being provided. My carer is a wonderful girl.
I am happy with the service and care provided by the staff that visit my wife 4 times a week (one hour each visit).
All staff attending are very polite, helpful and willing.
