I find Able Living Care Service excellent. The Carers are extremely helpful and very friendly, they are very caring and kind.
I needed to go to the hospital to visit my husband and they took me to the hospital without hesitation, likewise if I need to go into the local village, they will take me.

Husband has a companion to take him to Memory Cafe in Bramhall. He enjoys the social events each vist and the companion looks after him very well. It gets him out of the house and also gives me some time on my own.

The care my husband received from Able Living has been invaluable. He was virtually bedridden when he left hospital. The help he received was very professional from each one of the careers. Taking time to help him and also giving him the confidence to do things for himself. I can't praise them enough,
easy to contact and very helpful.

Able Living Care Services have been really good with Mum. They were able to provide care swiftly when Mum was suddenly left alone in her home and unable to cope. The carers are really friendly and Mum tells me how nice it is to have extra help and people to talk to. Once Able Living were supporting
Mum I was able to get my life back on track. Staff have always been really helpful when I've needed to make adjustments to Mum's care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs home care visits.

Able Living Care is doing a fantastic job looking after my ageing mum. The set-up was handled in a fast and efficient manner. Ongoing care is just as good with friendly and professional staff who do a great job.
Written reports available online for each visit give an additional level of comfort since
we can read each day how things are going.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

The support my mum gets is exceptional. She is 95 years old and lives in her own apartment. She has dementia and very little short-term memory but does not need nursing care. I request extra cover when I am away which gives me peace of mind that someone is keeping an eye on her when I can't.

Since Able Living have taken over the care of my dad at the beginning of June, there has been a tremendous improvement in his care and health needs. The staff have been amazing and very patient with my dad. Every aspect of his care needs have been met. Communication in the staff reports after each visit
is excellent. Mentally there has been improvement in my dad and he says he likes the chats he has with staff. I cannot thank them enough for what they are doing for myself and mainly my dad.

A huge thank you to one member of staff in particular and her team, who visited my mum once a day over the last ten days.
Everyone was so helpful and kind in supporting Mum (91 years old) with whatever tasks needed to be done. Mum looked forward to seeing who was coming each day, everyone was very
friendly, supportive, thoughtful and kind.
I will certainly use Able Living again thank you

As we get older and are unable to do the things, we were used to be able to do, help and care are important to enable those who want to live independently to have extra help in whatever tasks are needed. Showering, making our beds, etc. All the things that we might be unable to do for ourselves any
more. Able Care Services have helped me over the past few years to stay in my own home and I appreciate their help and kindness when I have been unwell or in hospital. I cannot fault the services they offer.

Able Care have been supporting my mum for over two years now. I have found them to be flexible with shifts and adding any support required. They have been consistent, supportive and friendly to my mum and she likes all the carers who support her. I have only praise for the quality of their staff and
their professionalism. They have always been contactable by phone or email and reply within a short time. Being local to Poynton means a lot to my mum and you can pop into the office on Park Lane and chat to someone if needed. Myself and my siblings and of course my mum are very satisfied with the support they provide.

We initially contacted Able Living in October 2023 to help my father shower, but as his health deteriorated they were very obliging in increasing the care package as required. He found all the carers very easy to talk to and we could often hear him having a chat and laugh with them before he became
too poorly to do so. The carers were very thoughtful and caring towards my father. We liked that one of the carers was assigned to my father, so that towards the end of his life when two carers visited together, several times a day, there was often a constant. Communication between the office, carers and ourselves was great and we were very grateful that they offered a sitting service, which had a bit of flexibility if needed. Thank you Able Living.

The staff from Able Living in Poynton came to our home to assist with the care of my husband for over a year until he was finally admitted to the hospital in May 2023.
We were very happy with every member of staff and the management, my husband looked forward to their visits and it was clear that their
friendly attitude boosted his mood.
I often recommend them to people who are seeking home care assistance locally.
