The carers are all excellent ladies who do all they can to make life more pleasant. I haven't one thing that needs doing that they do and more. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They treat me so well all the time and also spend time having a chat. I cannot praise them enough. You are so lovely and I find they are such wonderful ladies.

I am extremely happy with the help shown to me by each of the carers that come to me. They are all very kind, caring and offer to do so much for me and the house. Staff are very kind and helpful. I have already mentioned to friends and family how much they have helped me adjust to my much-reduced way of life and have given me every support in my mental and physical wellbeing and built up my confidence and I can't thank them enough.

I have found this service excellent. My mum (who is not the easiest person) has taken to her care helper. All the staff I have had to deal with have been very helpful and friendly and also very understanding of my situation and needs.

Both carers show my mother dignity and respect and try their best to fulfil her individual needs. They understand the concept of supporting the whole family. The care received is very much appreciated.

When Mum died two years ago I was very worried about Dad's desire to remain in his home. He didn't want to move nearer to me as he and Mum had been in their residence for over 30 years. I had seen the standard of care offered by some agencies and knew these wouldn't suit Dad. By pure chance I found Home Instead and, after reading some reviews online, I phoned the Fareham number. From the moment my call was answered by the Director I felt that Dad would be in safe hands.

Two years on, despite Dad's deteriorating health, he thrives on the care, commitment, respect, affection and humour shown by his 'dream team' and from all of the support staff and directors within the Fareham office. I live and work an hour and a half away and know that I can rely on Home Instead to be there for Dad through good days and bad, coping with health issues, appointments and crises and supporting me when the going gets tough.

Home Instead aren't an agency - they're part of our family!

Excellent, kind, caring and considerate carers.
Each in their own way, allow my 96year old godmother to maintain a standard of life she used to. Enhanced by the time the carers take to entertain and amuse her with sensible input and trips out.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead as an excellent care company.

Having previously been a business manager in general practice, I am very aware of what standards should be for a home care service. We are all extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the team. The client is the most important person to the team, but also the support they provide for relatives. The carers are superb and the support service provide a very caring, efficient and professional back up. I would highly recommend Home Instead Fareham to anyone looking for support for themselves or their relatives. Thank you for making a very difficult time, for us, bearable, allowing us to continue our lives in the best way possible.

My husband has been receiving excellent care 2 days a week as he has Home Instead and needs help with many activities of daily living. At the beginning of April I fell and fractured my left shoulder which required extensive surgery which has required me to need help. As I am his carer 24-7 I immediately contacted the company for emergency help every day. Help was provided the evening of my accident and every day since at least 3 times a day. They have been wonderful. Without their care and support my husband would have had to go into a care home which would have made him very disorientated, he has been able to stay happily at home.
