Very grateful with the care I receive from Home Instead. My carer is very reliable, takes me to appointments with Doctor/Dentist. Helps with my medication. The staff in the office are very quick to sort out any problems I might have.
I do appreciate the way that each of them are keen to ensure that the bathroom and kitchen are maintained to the high standard expected from the day that they started here.
They get good backup for their company who are quick to advise any problems by telephone. Any occasional change of staff is to the high standard of my original ladies.
Home Instead deliver care to my partner who has a progressive neurological condition with complex health needs. I cannot praise their dedication, professionalism, & genuine care enough. Great effort has been made to match dedicated care givers to my partner, and our team embrace every challenge presented. Our team have very much become friends, and have integrated into our home life beautifully - taking away the feeling of having strangers in our home. It's reassuring to know my partner is being cared for by carers who genuinely care.
I am writing on behalf of my husband, we both agree that the team of carers from Home Instead are excellent both in care they give my husband and their overall willingness and kindness in all situations. Their help is invaluable to us, their time keeping is impeccable and we feel very fortunate to have found this very reliable firm in our hour of need.
Reliable sincere and timely support at all times.
I am very happy with everything, my carers are as a family.
