Our carer was a delight. Sge arrived promptly and immediately gave us confidence that we, my wife in particular, were in good hands. My wife spoke very well of her on my return saying that she was very helpful and kind and caring. I was so relieved as despite carers assurances that everything would be taken care of I was a little anxious - it was our first experience of having a carer in. I will certainly book her for my nest away from home engagement. Brilliant service.

We are very pleased with the care our mother receives and the efficiency of the organisation. We get lots of helpful contact from the office and any worries are followed up promptly. The most important thing is our mum is happy and feels safe. She really likes her carers.

My father had a fall, and we got in touch with Right at Home and they were very quick at providing us with a live-in carer at short notice who was absolutely perfect for Dad's needs. We had no experience of this in the past and had been given Right at Home's contact details by a friend who had had a similarly good experience with them.

Right at Home Harrow have been helping my mum for the last couple of years. They provide a fantastic service. Their carers really do care and have formed great relationships with my mother. The management team are also extremely caring and has always been there to help her with any emergencies. A fabulous organisation who really listens to their clients encourages their independence and treats them with respect and dignity. Highly recommended.

We had live-in carers for 4 weeks to look after my partially disabled wife while I recovered from a spinal operation. Both carers provided good support and were considerate, kind, and friendly in assisting my wife. The initial carer was always available and proactively looked for jobs to assist around the house. The second carer although helpful, when asked, frequently closed her door during the day. Both carers were excellent in motivating my wife to mobilise as much as possible.

When my 93-year-old father was discharged from the hospital, he required continual care for a week or so. This was provided the next day and was very successful. My father then just required companionship care twice a week, and this was also very successful. The two ladies involved are very caring and helpful and have built up good relationships with my father and mother.

Really friendly, efficient team. Always helpful when we contact. Our mum has 2 visits a week, mainly for companionship at present and we will have no concerns asking for more care as needed. Mum loves being taken to the coffee mornings with fish and chips and has reconnected with an old friend.

All the carers have been very good. All kind and caring. Have enjoyed having them in my home.

My experience using Right at Home since assistant started a year ago. I am very pleased to have had the same carer all this time. I do not need much caring at the moment, instead she does shopping for me or we go together. In the summer months, we might go to the pub. The overall valuation for the service I have received has been excellent. The carer is kind, thoughtful and able to use her own initiative. As my needs increase, I can see she can cope.

Have found all the carers to be very efficient, caring and very connected to their profession.

The team and carers from Right at Home have been extremely kind, proactive and very flexible in our first few months using their services. The carers who've been visiting Mum are all fun and friendly and have provided all the assistance which she currently needs, along with invaluable companionship now she's not going out as much. They have been quick to raise any concerns and are always available to make changes if we need to. Can't thank them enough!

We are delighted with the level of service Mum and I, as a family are receiving. Mum has 3 hourly visits a week as this is currently meeting her needs. The carer is attentive and completes all tasks but more importantly, has time to offer Mum much-needed companionship too. My mother has been receiving Home Care services for well over a year. Throughout that time all the carers have been excellent; considerate, kind and respectful. Their timekeeping has been good and when they are sometimes slightly late they always apologise.

The carers' attention to detail is good particularly if they feel there are any medical needs. They always make sure that my sister and I are aware if there are issues.

I have used Right at Home every day for the past 10 months. A carer will arrive promptly at 8:00 to get me out of bed and prepare in every way for the day. The pleasant, kind ladies are efficient and hardworking. Long may they continue.
