The carers were social and we looked forward to seeing them and their care was excellent.

The team and carers from Right at Home have been extremely kind, proactive and very flexible in our first few months using their services. The carers who've been visiting Mum are all fun and friendly and have provided all the assistance which she currently needs, along with invaluable companionship now she's not going out as much. They have been quick to raise any concerns and are always available to make changes if we need to. Can't thank them enough!

We are delighted with the level of service Mum and I, as a family are receiving. Mum has 3 hourly visits a week as this is currently meeting her needs. The carer is attentive and completes all tasks but more importantly, has time to offer Mum much-needed companionship too. Nothing is too much trouble, the office staff are very approachable and respond efficiently to any correspondence. Thank you.

My mother has been receiving Home Care services for well over a year. Throughout that time all the carers have been excellent; considerate, kind and respectful. Their timekeeping has been good and when they are sometimes slightly late they always apologise.

My sister and I feel confident that our mum has the support she needs which helps to make our lives easier as well. Knowing that she is well looked after puts our minds at rest.

The carers' attention to detail is good particularly if they feel there are any medical needs. They always make sure that my sister and I are aware if there are issues.

The app is an excellent tool that gives us an insight on what needs have been met during the morning and evening visits.

I have used Right at Home every day for the past 10 months. A carer will arrive promptly at 8:00 to get me out of bed and prepare in every way for the day. The pleasant, kind ladies are efficient and hardworking. Long may they continue.

Paying for care for the first seven days of hospital admission has proved to be expensive for me. I understand the reasons, bit its money down the drain.

This review is a very low rating due to the issues that went badly which necessitated my mother being admitted to residential care as an emergency when we were out of the country on holiday. This major and traumatic transition should never have happened in this way when we were away. However, the Registered Manager implemented the complaints process herself, has taken the concerns seriously and has fed back to me regularly throughout the process. Often more can be learned from things that can go wrong than when they go well and I hope that this is the case in this situation. Ongoing monitoring needs to take place to ensure that learning is also ongoing, and I hope that is the case. The last carer that my mother had was truly excellent and a real inspiration to others, but unfortunately she was not adequately supported by management. Support of carers, not delegating support of carers at weekends to an external agency, and carrying out wellbeing checks are essential.

Unfortunately, my father had to go into full-time residential care due to dementia but the time he was looked after by Right at Home was excellent and only a positive experience.

Right at Home Harrow have been most helpful in caring for my centenarian friend who suddenly became incapacitated. They were quick and professional in their approach. Good communicating skills. Well organised and impressed how they kept track of their carers by having them check-in and out via an app so the head office knew that they were there and when they left. The staff were all very polite and helpful and my friend made a partial recovery. Which was good to see. Altogether an agency I would trust to look after someone in need of good personal assistance and care.

I would not hesitate in recommending Right at Home Harrow to anyone needing a care provider for themselves or a family member. From my first telephone conversation with them, I have been impressed by their professionalism, caring attitude, kindness and organisation. My mother required help with looking after herself but both her and my father loathed to seek support. The Right at Home team reassured them and prepared a care package that enabled them to get used to the idea before increasing the level of support offered. Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing! The carers are kind and considerate to my mother's individual needs and she has become really fond of them and looks forward to their visits. If changes need to be made or care needs to be increased the management team have dealt with this quickly and efficiently. From a personal point of view, everyone I have spoken to has been sympathetic, reassuring and understanding and I am very grateful to have their support.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the prompt response to our request for assistance when we found my husband and I could not cope with my care after my return from hospital, recovering from a total hip replacement. He could not manage to put on the compression stockings, and we were rather distressed of course, about that. We were visited at home and arranged for the carer to come and help me shower and dress and make me comfortable for the day. My carer is kind and understanding, helping me so much with her gentle and thoughtful treatment of me. We quickly became friends, and will always be grateful her for helping me through a difficult time. I can thoroughly recommend Right at Home, Harrow. Thank you all for your kindness.

We first approached Right at Home after my mother had a serious fall. She has dementia so we felt we needed more care than my sister and I could realistically provide. Right at Home put us at ease straight away. We set up a care plan that worked for us and the daily visits meant we had the peace of mind that our Mum was taking her medication and eating properly. The carers are punctual, polite, friendly and really go the extra mile. Mum built up a great rapport with the carers and looked forward to their visits. The office staff are also really helpful. We are provided with a fortnightly schedule of visits and times (to the minute) and they are always available should we need to tweak any of the requirements. Sadly we have reached the point where Mum needs to move into a dementia home but Right at Home's care has enabled Mum to stay at home a year longer than she otherwise would have and we really appreciate this. I would highly recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home has been perfect for my parents. They are efficient, courteous and my parents do not usually warm so quickly to new people. As a son of theirs, I have full confidence and therefore peace of mind in Right at Home's professionalism and caring service, their staff, therefore, I thoroughly recommend.

I have been using the services of Right At Home Harrow for 6 months to assist with my mother's care at home. Mum was initially not keen to have outside help but Right at Home Harrow understood this and have ensured that her care has been provided by the same person during each of her visits. As a result, Mum has built up a good relationship with her regular carer. I have found all the staff to be very understanding towards me as well as Mum, and they have gone out of their way to make sure that Mum's changing needs are met. I am especially pleased that Mum's care was so well managed whilst I was away on holiday recently. Mum had visits three times a day from her regular carer and one other whom she had met before. Both carers have been so kind and sensitive with Mum, who can get very anxious due to memory issues. They have been very attentive to this, reassuring her and contacting me when necessary. I feel very confident that Right at Home Harrow deliver a very high standard of care.
