I initially had concerns as this is the first time my father has had carers in his home. However, the carers provided were considerate, introduced themselves, chatted with him and made him feel at ease. They acted professionally and immediately alerted me when a situation arose requiring medical attention.

The team in the office is very willing to work around our needs and put the right package in place for my mums care needs.

I have every confidence in the carer from Right at Home Harrow. I know whilst I am out my husband will feel safe and be cared for with dignity, great kindness and understanding by our excellent carer. The carer is friendly, cheerful and much liked. Very quickly picked up how to put on his face mask and turn on the ventilator.

Right at Home have provided carers for my mum for several years. They are always courteous and extremely caring. The office responds quickly and effectively if ever I have any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our mum has been cared for by Right At Home Harrow carers/staff for over 3 years now. We have been lucky to have the same main carer for most of this time. She is so professional yet kind and sensitive towards mum. Staff in the office are always courteous and quick to respond positively to any problems or issues that need to be sorted.

Very happy with the care received for my elderly parents, both of whom have dementia along with various other health needs. Everything taken care of from providing company, cooking, cleaning, help with washing, laundry, preparing meals, monitoring needs, management, and communication of any issues/developments.

Carers all extremely helpful and pleasant and do what I ask of them. Almost always on time and if necessary spend a few minutes later than one hour.

Cannot praise Right at Home enough for the quality of care and carers and the fantastic support. They listen to what is needed for my Dad and find carers who meet his complex needs. He has 4 visits every day and without exception, the carers bring happiness, optimism, support and genuine care. They are all truly professional, kind and caring and the office support is second to none. They cope with schedule changes, increasingly complex needs and whatever the day brings always with a smile and care for not just my Dad but for my mum too - she could not cope without them and their reassurance.

I have been nothing but impressed since the moment I picked up the phone to talk about carers for my father. Both my parents are utterly delighted with the two lovely ladies who are very helpful. It is a real comfort to me as their daughter that I know they are being cared for in the correct way and it gives me peace of mind. Right at Home have been reliable, sensitive and supportive. The carer who looks after my Mum really cares for her and enables me to have a proper break once a week. Right at Home Harrow have been outstanding from the moment we started using the agency. We came across them through hearing a carer speak about her employer. Her passion for the role was evident and so we noted the agency name in the event we needed them. A month later my mum required daily support whilst I was away. They were prompt and efficient in setting everything up and reassured me everything would be ok. They provided an outstanding service. Once I was back we continued the arrangement but reduced the level of care to once a week. In Oct we needed to change the level of care following mum's eye operation. Yet again they were prompt and efficient and this time they provided carers 4 times a day. This aided my mum's recovery and provided me with much support. We now have a carer 3 times a week and it feels like a partnership. Mum has a great time when they visit and the time is full of laughter. Thank you Right at Home Harrow. It is because of your service I have peace of mind.

I am more than happy to recommend Right at Home Harrow their office staff are always very helpful and courteous. The care provider allocated to my mother is outstanding and, unbidden, would go "the extra mile" at the drop of a hat. Would that more organisations could be like that.

My husband and I have found all the carers sent to us to care for him excellent, very friendly and very helpful. They arrive on time and always willing to help me if needed.
