Although pricey, a personalised service and tailoring of carers to find the best fit for us enabled us to get through a difficult time with ease. The carers themselves were very caring and accommodating and genuinely wanted to do their best. I would recommend the agency due to their organized and upfront approach and their ability to deliver quality care at short notice.

My sisters and I want to thank Right at Home for the care that has been offered throughout the period of engagement until our mother's sudden death at home, help which was crucial in allowing her to remain at home till the end. The care was professional, flexible and responsive. It is always a fine line to draw between dependency (and help with things that the client really cannot do on her own) and autonomy (and the sense that the client has that she is still in charge of her own life). Right At Home managed that with minimum of fuss or disruption, and it was a real reassurance to us to know that we could make changes easily and with immediate agreement. Our mother was very lucky to have found, through Right at Home, three carers who were ideal for her, and with whom relationships of mutual affection developed. They were all as good as we could hope for, and we are very grateful for their care and consideration of our mother.

My mum has used this agency since March 2017 after unreliable care from an earlier agency. She has now managed to stay out of hospital for over seven months, the longest time she has managed in the past three years. I believe Right at Home has been a significant factor in achieving this. Carers are friendly, efficient, flexible and patient. They have responded to changes in mum's health during this time seamlessly. Over nine months they haven't been perfect, no agency can achieve that, but they are ALWAYS prompt and responsive if there is an occasional hiccup and that makes such a difference. I get mum's schedule by email and she gets it by post so we know who is coming and the time, a week in advance.

My aunt had to go into Residential care after a fall and a stay in hospital. The Care Home was good but she badly wanted to come home even though she was in her nineties. The wait for NHS help via Occupational Therapy was considerable so I found a private OT who recommended Right at Home Harrow for ongoing care at home. They have been a much-needed service for my aunt and have provided the care she needed punctually and with courtesy. I would recommend them to others.

The care worker treated my husband with dignity and it was like having a family member in the house.

This is the first time I've had carers and I have been very satisfied with the service. They all have a smile when they are here, nothing is too much trouble, and they all seem to be so cheerful and caring.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, especially anyone who may have heard horror stories about commercial care organisations - the service provided has been personal, caring, diligent and attentive, and I am only now realising the times the staff went quietly above and beyond the contractual levels in dealing with the demands made of them in caring for my mother, entirely of their own accord.

After having gone through three different agencies that proved incompetent, my mum is finally being looked after by the extremely caring staff and feels thoroughly valued. Most of the service from the company was very good when it wasn't it was excellent! At all times every effort was made to make the patient as comfortable as possible. The manager was always available to sort out any issues that arose. The staff were always friendly and helpful and dealt in a professional manner.

We have received excellent service from Right at Home in Harrow for the last eighteen months since my 90 yr old father, in frail health came to live with us. Carers are reliable, well trained, professional and genuinely caring - a pleasure to have in your home!!!
