I would like to thank Unique Senior Care, for the care my Father received whilst he was on Palliative care. Especially to Hannah & Stephanie for altering the rota's, often at very short notice to accommodate Dad's changing needs, enabling him to stay at home. Special thanks to Urszula, Jas, Kelsey & Madhu for the amazing care & support they gave to dad & the family during his final days at home. We would not have been able to support Dad in his final wish to pass away at home without the support from the Unique Senior Care Staff. I would not hesitate in referring them to anyone needing care & I would highly recommend the service they offer.

Personal carer is excellent, very caring & professional. Management/office very pleasant/friendly & good at keeping in touch. Overall very pleased, we feel well looked after.

As a family we have been happy with the service we have received. All the carers are caring and trustworthy and I have been comfortable with having them in our home. The only issue has been the timing of visits, in the evening especially, as my mum prefers a late call at 9pm. Problems with staff sickness and rotas, I believe.

Unique Senior Care stepped in at very short notice to provide a care package so Mum could be discharged home from hospital after a stroke for which we were extremely grateful. The carers were all really kind and patient with Mum which helped her transition from hospital to home to go.as smoothly as possible. All the staff have been brilliant and I would highly recommend the whole team. Thank you again for your amazing support as a difficult and stressful time.

The carers that came to my mother-in-law were great. They took their time and encouraged her to eat and accept support with personal care. It gave my wife real peace of mind.

I think the staff that I have met so far at Unique Senior Care are all lovely. I feel very comfortable being around them. The gentleman on the phone has a very reassuring voice and that's what you need to hear when you're unsure about care. The lady who did the consultation was very easy to chat with and I felt comfortable around her and I knew she would do what she said she would.

As always a very good experience with Unique. What I have noticed recently is the support they give me as well as my mum. Thats always been there since mum started having her carers, Ive always been able to email and ask questions no matter how simple. I really like the way Unique is totally committed to family centered care without judgement and understands the nuances of the elderly frail person with patience and knowledge.

Carer does exactly what is needed to be done with a great attitude. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Unique have brought peace of mind with their professional and very caring service. From the first phone call, and then every subsequent staff member I met, gave me a feeling of confidence. It's a daunting prospect when you feel the time has come to seek help. My 96 year old father was very anxious at the thought of carers entering the home when he was alone to help with his morning routine. Hannah put my father at ease with her initial visit to meet us when she so patiently talked everything through with him. We feel lucky in having a small number of carers so my father knows them all and has consistency. We have a rota for the month so know which carer is coming each day and time of arrival. I have the utmost faith in all the carers as they are all so kind and caring, often going above and beyond, and my father looks forward to their arrival each morning. I now personally understand why Unique comes highly recommended as I too have nothing but praise for the service offered by Unique.

The whole process went very smoothly and we will be getting in touch again for the next break.

Knowing that there is a kind, supportive carer helping Mum is an absolute God send, and I can't thank Unique enough.

I could not ask for better care. Carers always willing to respect and carry out my requests with a smile. Every need is met.

I cannot fault this care company. The kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness shown during our time with them has been outstanding. We had previously used them for another family member but my parents have been supported up to the point my father has had to go in a care home. They supported my mother at the same time despite the care being for dad. Unique can show the others a thing or two to be honest at how care should be done. If only everybody lived up to your standards.

We have just started using Unique Senior Care to support both my parents. I'm genuinely impressed with the care provided by the team. The team are very professional and compassionate, and it is such a relief to know that my parents are being looked after by such competent and kind carers.

Mum began to struggle with looking after herself at home so we engaged with Unique to supply carers for her. The quality of staff and the care they gave to Mum was fabulous. It meant Mum could send an extra 12 months in her own house prior to moving to a care home.

We were very impressed with the care given to our brother who has learning difficulties. They were brilliant with understanding his condition and great with caring for him. We couldn't fault anything from the office staff to the carers.

Unique Senior Care has been providing care for my sister for 2-3 years now, and I am continually impressed by the standard of care and the personalised approach to care. The carers are all very well trained and very understanding of a complex health problem. The office staff are all accessible and very helpful indeed. I have no hesitation in recommending Unique.

Unique provide an hour of care four days a week for my elderly mother. The carers provide practical support within the home and are willing to pop to the shops if needed. The carers are a breath of fresh air for my mother and brighten her day considerably! The staff in the Kenilworth office are friendly and supportive and have been so willing to provide extra help and advice as my mother's needs have changed.

I cannot thank Unique Senior Care enough for their service to us over the past 20 months. Without their help and support my parents would not have been able to continue living at home, with a remarkable quality of life for their age. We always found them flexible, responsive, reliable, compassionate and professional. They were always there to support us during the difficult times we faced. We found them to be huge support to us, and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.
