I have found the company to be very professional, staff well trained and have always treated my husband with dignity and respect. Staff arrive on time and always do that little bit extra and are always well presented.

Caregivers are very considerate and caring. They take time to make sure Mum is comfortable and safe. Communication is excellent and I am happy that Mum is in safe hands.

Overall, my husband gets brilliant care. All the caregivers are fantastic with him and also offer great all-round support to me also. Lots of recent staff issues have meant some disruption to our usual team, however, the office staff have tried hard to resolve things to our satisfaction.

Unique Senior Care has provided three and a half years of excellent care for my 90-year-old mother. They have offered much-needed support to her, which allows her to remain living in her own home. My mother gets on extremely well with her main carer. I have regular communication with the office either by phone calls or emails. I have recommended Unique to a friend of my mother, who seems equally pleased with their services.

We are so pleased we chose Unique Senior Care. They have been excellent in all aspects. From the initial assessment of my Mother in Law's needs to the introduction of suitable carers and organisation of the rotas/shifts. The help we needed was short term whilst my father in law recovered from an operation but I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. My Mother in Law felt well looked after and safe and got very fond of her carers. Thank you to all involved.

From the initial enquiry through to signing up to provide care for my elderly mother, I have found unique care to be easy to deal with, helpful and considerate at all times. The carers have been wonderful and very much appreciated by my mother. Based on my experience over the last 6 months, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed help in the mornings for one hour when I was not well. The helper came to get me up and help with showering and a light breakfast, making the bed and washing up.

The main carer is here for 4 hours a week, she is great with my husband, she takes him somewhere every week and had used her own time to find suitable things to do. Both carers have been excellent.

Very helpful, nice girls who do almost anything to help you and somebody always turn up. The office keeps you well informed about any changes.

It's early days for mum, she is getting used to the staff and finding them friendly, supportive, caring and reliable. Thank you.

As my husband has dementia and enjoys going for walks (not on his own) this has been a very useful and enjoyable service as he is able to walk with some very pleasant a caring ladies which he always looks forward to and especially the conversation. When the time comes when he needs extra help, I would not hesitate to gladly have this benefit and for my peace of mind.
