The Coventry & Kenilworth branch of Unique Senior Care has been rated Outstanding twice by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in October 2016 and October 2019. It is the only home care provider in Coventry and Warwickshire specialising in the elderly to be rated outstanding – CQC’s highest rating.

They provide outstanding home care and live-in care services to support people who would like to continue to live in the comfort of their own homes, for as long as possible.

They are a fully regulated service, with a team of friendly, professional and empathetic Caregivers, who are dedicated to providing outstanding care, from as little as one hour a week to 24 hours a day, seven days a week live-in care. They design personalised care plans to meet clients’ specific needs and wishes, for either short-term periods of respite, or longer-term, and offer support with personal care, mobility, medications, housekeeping, transportation, companionship and cooking.

Unique Senior Care has provided three and a half years of excellent care for my 90-year-old mother. They have offered much-needed support to her, which allows her to remain living in her own home. My mother gets on extremely well with her main carer. I have regular communication with the office either
by phone calls or emails. I have recommended Unique to a friend of my mother, who seems equally pleased with their services.

Kept me informed of my mother's health when required hospital/paramedic care and took extra care to assist.

We are so pleased we chose Unique Senior Care. They have been excellent in all aspects. From the initial assessment of my Mother in Law's needs to the introduction of suitable carers and organisation of the rotas/shifts. The help we needed was short term whilst my father in law recovered from an operation
but I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. My Mother in Law felt well looked after and safe and got very fond of her carers. Thank you to all involved.

I have found Unique Senior Care to be highly professional, very sympathetic and thoughtful.
This goes for managers and carers.
The main carer is here for 4 hours a week, she is great with my husband, she takes him somewhere every week and had used her own time to find suitable things to do. Both
carers have been excellent.

Wonderful, kind and considerate care - totally trustworthy. This care became 'end of life care' which was delivered with sensitivity and dignity. Every carer who cared for both my parents were loving and professional and we felt safe in their hands - always punctual, communicative and totally reliable.
The standard of care by Unique Senior Care (Coventry) is extremely high and considered. I would always recommend Unique Senior Care (Coventry) - top of my list.

The excellent support that Unique Senior Care gave to my mother enabled her to remain in her own home as long as possible. The carers were so kind to Mum and she looked on them as friends. With no immediate family nearby, this companionship was invaluable to us.

The service was faultless. Carers arrived on time every day, prepared to do anything required of them. The carers had great personalities and were great company to have around me post hip surgery. I find Unique Senior Care extremely satisfactory.
The carers are well-trained, extremely caring and ready to take on all aspects of personal care to make life easy for their clients.
Many will take on extras to be helpful.
It is good that all carers are introduced to their clients by shadowing a
known member of staff.
The office staff are helpful and do their best to comply with requests.

Since commencing this service in January 2018, we have been impressed with all standards of care and consideration offered. Ont he days used, we got the same carer and are notified in advance of any changed. Timekeeping is excellent as is the standard of care and consideration given to my husband and

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are delighted that Nikki is the Registered Manager for our service in Stratford on Avon.


With over 20 years of care experience, she started her career in care at the age of 16, working in a care home looking after the elderly, whilst also studying at college to gain her Health and Social Care qualifications


Nikki is now a very experienced Care Manager, having worked in a range of different care settings from private and public hospitals, care homes, home care and including 18 years working with Mencap supporting people with Learning Disabilities.


A huge advocate of elderly care at home, Nikki fully understands the benefits of physical and mental wellbeing of both her clients and her support team and she truly believes in the right for everyone to be able to live safely, with respect and dignity in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the things they know and love.


Nikki loves getting to know our customers and their families, as they are all unique. She also understands the benefits of listening to their life stories, and hearing about their interests and wider families; as this enables her team to really know the people they are caring for and make each visit count and make them happy.


Outside of work, Niki has two children, two dogs – one of which weighs more than her two children and enjoys getting out in the countryside for a family walk.
