Unique Senior Care | Coventry & Kenilworth

We have just started using Unique Senior Care to support both my parents. I'm genuinely impressed with the care provided by the team. The team are very professional and compassionate, and it is such a relief to know that my parents are being looked after by such competent and kind carers.

Mum began to struggle with looking after herself at home so we engaged with Unique to supply carers for her. The quality of staff and the care they gave to Mum was fabulous. It meant Mum could send an extra 12 months in her own house prior to moving to a care home.

We were very impressed with the care given to our brother who has learning difficulties. They were brilliant with understanding his condition and great with caring for him. We couldn't fault anything from the office staff to the carers.

Unique provide an hour of care four days a week for my elderly mother. The carers provide practical support within the home and are willing to pop to the shops if needed. The carers are a breath of fresh air for my mother and brighten her day considerably! The staff in the Kenilworth office are friendly and supportive and have been so willing to provide extra help and advice as my mother's needs have changed.

I cannot thank Unique Senior Care enough for their service to us over the past 20 months. Without their help and support my parents would not have been able to continue living at home, with a remarkable quality of life for their age. We always found them flexible, responsive, reliable, compassionate and professional. They were always there to support us during the difficult times we faced. We found them to be huge support to us, and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

They also help my mum with other chores around the house such as bed changing, which is incredibly helpful. They always show kindness and compassion to my parents.

Unique have been caring for Mum and Dad for about 6 months. They have been great providing regular visits and always with a smile. They ensure medication is taken, cook meals, help with personal care, clean and provide a chance to chat as well. When Dad was admitted to hospital and we made the decision that it was time for Mum to move to a care home, Unique were brilliant giving us extra hours of cover to allow us time to visit care homes or just have a break for an hour or two. They are now supporting Dad at home since his discharge from hospital. The client diary they provide is a useful insight into how Mum and Dad are through a professional's eyes.

As soon as we needed extra hours for carers to come in, this was organised within a couple of days. Then when we needed the timing to change, this was arranged for the very next week. All the carers that go in to help are friendly and cheerful and willing to do any tasks that are asked of them. We can rest assured that our parents are getting the best possible help available. We are extremely grateful to all the staff.

The staff in the Kenilworth office are very friendly and helpful. The carer sent to my mother has been very efficient and kind to my mother, also does a very good job at doing what we ask her to do.

I cannot praise the staff of Unique Senior Care highly enough. Staff each go above and beyond to look after my elderly mum and do whatever they can to keep her safe, happy and comfortable. My mother has been receiving care from Unique for several years now. The carers have always been very reliable, arriving on time and delivering a high standard of care. My mum really appreciates that she has two or three regular carers over the week so she is able to build a good relationship with them. There is good liaison between the office/Mum/me which helps to reassure me that all is well with her.

I have been disabled for 33 years as a result of serving overseas. Recently I have needed help at home, mostly mornings. Unique are very good at keeping me informed by email or telephone. The ladies who come are caring and polite. I would recommend Unique to other disabled people.

Recently, I had occasion to use the services of Unique Senior Care, following a hip replacement. I found the whole team, from management to carers, very helpful and respectful. The carers were always willing to perform every task that I required and were friendly and cheerful. Also, I found them to be pretty punctual. All in all, I had a very good experience with Unique Senior Care and would certainly recommend the company.

Unique Senior Care have been helping our mother for just over two months now and we are pleased with how it is going. There were some changes in staffing in the first few weeks due to sickness but all carers have been kind and helpful and Mum seems to enjoy their company and support. Communication with the company has been easy and effective. So far all good!

The care shown to my father is brilliant, the carers have got to know his individual wants and needs and respond to them. They recognise when he is needing reassurance from them and they put him at ease. The carers look after his needs the same as we do which is what you hope and want for your own. I trust the carers and management 100% which gives me peace of mind.

Unique Senior Care has given my mother excellent care over the last few months. It is a very professional service. The caregivers are never rushed and always have time for a little chat. Would definitely recommend this service for those needing some extra help to enable them to stay in their own home.
