I am very happy with the care given to my mother, they are always prompt, trustworthy and good advice when needed, they have always done beyond expectation, although my mothers memory is not very good she knows them appreciates them and like them and also that they are funny. You are all an essential service in the system, thank you for your kind and faithful work

My son has a team of carers to get him ready for sixth form Monday to Friday in the morning. They hoist, bathe, attending to his personal care, dress, and give medication to him. My son relates well to the trained male team and has recently got to know a female carer which has given him a balance of who looks after him. They relate well to him also and have understood what movies and what parts of Disney movies he likes to watch while he is eating, and are very patient with him! An excellent bespoke service for my son so I recommend Caremark to others.

I have been personal assistant to Danny for 32 years. I work closely with the Caremark carers on a daily basis. I find the carers, very friendly caring and give excellent personal care to Danny. They treat Danny very well with dignity. When I go out I feel Danny is very safe with the carers.

I have Caremark carers assisting me every day. The care is given in a very professional manner. The care staff are friendly and very caring. They also help me with my communication needs. I am very happy with the care given. I have been receiving care from Caremark since 2013, in 2024 I had care for 3 months 24/7 when my personal assistanct was recovering in hospital. It was very well organised.

I have found Caremark to deliver satisfactory care I receive help with shopping, companionship, hospital support. I have found them to be reliably punctual and I have always found the carers to be easy to talk to. They meet my needs weekly, responsible and the carers respond to my routines we set into a pattern and so out of there way to help me when they see me struggling which I really appreciate.

Caremark have been looking after my mum for at least 5 years now. All the girls are very caring and treat my mum with respect and dignity. Everything is always left clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

The carers who work with my neurodiverse 8-year-old son are amazing. Their patience, trust,care, and professionalism - whether at home or in the community have been a lifeline as he learns to navigate the world with the challenges of his disability. Extremely happy with the care being delivered by the main carers attached to the service user. He also has a pool of ad hoc carers whom support when main carers are on leave to which we are very happy with. They are committed , punctual, respectful and more importantly have built a solid relationship with the service user. Nothing is too much for them. It is awesome to see the empathy they have when delivering care and in addition are swift to report any concerns to which is so reassuring. The service user has been so much happier since having regular carers and looks forward to their calls.

My day to day care with staff is very good.

We have been using Caremark since 2023. They have provided a consistent and professional service. Our requirements have been accommodated and everything seems to be working well.

My carers are excellent - I have the same 2 carers whom support most of my calls with an ad hoc carer supporting 1 of the main carers when one is on leave. They provide personal care support in transferring me into a wheelchair. I have built an excellent relationship with them both. I trust them to ensure that they will paint out to my family any concerns. Our relationship has been built on trust, empathy and respect. I would be lost without them. They are 2 lovely human beings whom have supported me immensely. SO grateful to them both.

My disabled brother has been so well looked after by Caremark and their lovely carers for some years now. Recently he got into difficulty at home and he was supported and helped by the off duty team and Ntombi the Manager so well! It is very much appreciated by all of the family that Caremark are there for our brother when we cannot be.

My wife has been cared for by Caremark Sutton since September 2025, after having suffered a stroke in July. Carers come in the morning to wash and dress her and in the evening to wash and prepare her for bed. They also administer her medication, sort her clothing and, in the morning, make our bed The four ladies who do this are kind, considerate, attentive and professional and have become family friends.

The care company is veery good. They look after me very well. All my appointments and all other needs have been done correctly.

My sister and I have been using caremark for our mother who has dementia. The carer they provided has been living with my mum since last year and I can't begin to explain how much she has helped her and us. It was a difficult decision for us to take but has transpired to be an excellent one.
