Good consistent friendly care.
I am always pleased to see your carers when they call and without question, I am pleased with the service provided.
Since Mega care came into my mother's live my mother is happier always fresh and clean. They are caring and professional and there is nothing they wouldn't do for us. Supportive to both my mother and the rest of us. I do not know how we managed without them.
Have helped me big time, lots of support.
Such lovely, kind, friendly carers. Gentle, thoughtful and efficient. They always make Mum laugh and she looks forward to their daily visits and says they brighten up her day. Thanks girls, you're doing a great job.
The staff work hard and do a good job.
Over the last few years of care from Mega Resources, I have had several issues but now mostly the care is good. My daughter has had to contact the office regularly with issues, but not so much now. It is just basic common sense which some carers did not seem to have.
We are very happy with all the carers who are all dedicated and they are very polite.
My wife has dementia and is treated with great kindness and respect, always retaining her all important dignity.
My husband has two ladies that come to be with him while I go out they are both excellent with him. Although he likes one carer more than the other he is at ease with both of them.
We are both very very happy with Mega Resources Nursing Care and very grateful for their hard work kindness and compassion. Thank you so much.
I have received very good care from my regular carer, other carers have been quite good but this is because they are not used to my routine. All considered my experience has been very good and I have no complaints.
All the carers visiting mum are polite, caring and do what they should. Mum is given a list of who is coming, when they are coming as she asked who would be next to call, communication between Mega Resources Nursing and Care is good. They are very professional and I am very happy with the care given.
Friendly and efficient service.
Mega have been attending to me since February 2018 and I have found them to be very competent. The staff are uniformly pleasant and I enjoy their visits.
Very helpful and willing. Always go the extra mile to do things. Making sure I'm comfortable. Always have a laugh and are kind.
Good Experience.
They are kind and willing to help me.
They keep my mother's dignity and they are willing to go that extra mile.
My mother and I are happy with the care provided. Mum says the carers are all pleasant and helpful. Mega Resources Nursing and Care contact me directly if there are any issues and I have answered questions about how I feel about the care package on several occasions. On the whole, we are very happy with the service.

Meet the Team (6)
Urszula is an indispensable individual within Mega Care.
There is no job title long enough to accurately encapsulate everything that Urszula does for Mega Care, and no praise high enough to accurately describe her.
With unintelligible efficiency, Urszula is able to step in and help with all aspects of the business.
Overseeing the targets set for the branch, the quality and administration of care provided, the maintenance of team morale, training, handling client concerns and ensuring quality are just a small fraction of Urszula's in-branch responsibilities. This excludes the similar service she provides for the other branches of the company.
With this incredible workload, somehow Urszula still finds time to interface with the team and intimately and directly manage Bedford on a day-to-day basis.
You can be absolutely certain that should you need to communicate with Urszula, you will leave the conversation better off than when you started. A truly awe-inspiring team member and person.
As one of our longest-standing senior care team members, Suzana proved to be a vital help to the community that we provide care for, and her peers within the company.
With a compassionate and understanding attitude towards caregiving, Suzana was recognised by the company as deserving of a role that matched her knowledge, dedication and kindness.
Whilst guiding and overseeing the clinical aspects of the business, Suzana is an excellent example for all of the Mega Care team. No problem is too small, and she is always willing to go to great lengths to ensure that we are providing the best service possible.
Laura is the Hertfordshire Branch Manager for Mega Nursing & Care. She joined the company in 2020 as a care assistant and progressed to her current role. She holds an accounting degree and is set to complete her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care in January 2026.
Fred Redman, the Bedfordshire Branch Manager for Mega Nursing & Care, has been an essential part of the team since joining in 2022. His calm demeanour under pressure, clear communication, and unwavering dedication to supporting both staff and service users make him an exceptional leader. Fred’s ability to act swiftly and decisively, combined with his reliable follow-through, drives continuous improvement and ensures the delivery of high-quality services across the board. His professionalism and commitment are truly outstanding.
Responsible for onboarding all of our fresh faces, Dominika is often the first impression of Mega Care to our newest team members.
Dominika is often the first into the building, always determined to make sure everyone is up to date on training and vetted well before becoming a part of the Mega Care family.
Aside from ensuring our consistently high standards for training and compliance, with a background in care, works herself, she is understanding of the trials of the new role and helps to guide employees as they begin work.
Throughout it all, Dominika will be there with a smile on her face and the answers to your questions.
One of the more recent additions to the team, Aamina is an invaluable asset to the Bedford branch of Mega Care.
Monitoring spreadsheets and tracking alerts makeup just a small portion of the crucial role Aamina provides for the business.
With many intricate facets of care to record and review, Aamina provides us with the information that makes it possible to drive forward improvements and reduce any risks.
This allows for the other team members to always lead with their best foot forward; having learnt from the gathered data the most efficient practices to put in place.
