My mother is very satisfied with the care she has received since March 2023. The carers that visit are professional, respectful and attentive to her needs. J.C.Michaels office staff always answer the phone promptly and are able to accommodate any changes if required.

J C Michael Groups attended my mother after a stroke. The first week was fine no problems. But then from the 2nd week, they were up to one hour and 40 minutes late every day without any notification until I moaned. Even after that, they were late every day by up to an hour and 40 minutes. Carers can be delayed occasionally, I know that, but up to one hour and 40 minutes every day? Totally unacceptable! Both myself and my mother got so sick of it and the company we cancelled the service. Avoid this terrible useless company unless you want your whole day disrupted waiting for them to arrive!

Recommended to J C Michael. Although early days, the level of care provided to my wife is far superior. All carers are pleasant. No hesitation in recommending.
