My Father has been receiving care from Manor Court for approx 8 months now and more recently he has been taking into respite care to give my Mother a break. I simply do not know what I would have done without the help, care and support that I have received from Manor Court - specifically the Manager and Team Leader. They have gone way above the call of duty to care for my Father and also taken into consideration the health of my Mother. Without the help of these Carers both of my Parents would not be able to live independently and I would be at a complete loss as to how to care for them. Both the Manager and Team Leader have been a tremendous amount of help to my Parents and have extended that care and support to the whole family. They have arranged for all the relevant services to be involved, and made sure that my father receives all the help and support that he is entitled to. I literally cannot thank these Ladies enough - they truly are a pair of Angels.

Meet the Team (6)

Whether you’re looking for care for yourself or a loved one, you’ll want it to be provided by people who are committed, compassionate and caring.
These are the three core values that we live by at Healthcare Homes, and we pride ourselves on recruiting staff not only for their skills and experience but for the warmth, friendliness and care that they show to each and every individual.

I enjoy meeting and greeting both old and new customers and working with my great team of colleagues.

I ensure that our customers and care team are brought together at the correct timings as per agreed visits, and ensure all their needs are met by completing the same.

The daily role is to ensure that all our carers are visiting their clients and assisting with their needs as agreed and required.

As Branch Administrator, I enjoy the balance of teamwork and variety that each day brings. Working in a supportive environment and seeing how our efforts contribute to client satisfaction and the success of the branch makes my role especially rewarding.
I make a difference by listening carefully to our clients' needs and providing clear, reliable, and personalised support. Building trust and helping to make things easier and less stressful for clients is what I find most meaningful about my role.
Through relevant training and hands-on experience, I have developed strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am committed to continuing my professional development and supporting the branch in delivering excellent service.

I enjoy working as part of a supportive team and building relationships with our clients and their families. One of my favourite parts of the role is creating personalised care plans that reflect each client's individual needs, preferences, and interests.
I make a difference by ensuring care plans are detailed, engaging, and tailored to each person, helping our care teams deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, which has provided me with a strong foundation for supporting clients and delivering excellent care.
