Excellent all round. Thank you for my birthday card.
I couldn't wish for anything better.
Although it is early days we are satisfied with the lady. A nice friendly manner and my wife likes her. Have not yet settled on a programme but will do in the near future.
Service is reliable and delivered by intelligent and motivated care givers. Communication is good.
My carer is always punctual. I really appreciate that my needs, both physical and psychological were well assessed before she was selected for me as we really seem to "get on" well. Most of the time we just chat but there are times when she will carry out jobs e.g. Preparing vegetables, shopping etc. All very willingly. I really look forward to her twice-weekly visits.
Willing to help in any way requested.
Very nice people. They are caring and very helpful.
Home Instead are always helpful and to do their best to help with any problems.
All the caregivers are kind and do their best to make our lives as carefree as possible given present circumstances.
The office staff are also very approachable and friendly. When my dad fell ill last year and we needed additional care for my mum, the office and care staff pulled out all the stops to provide us with the help we needed. I would not hesitate in recommending them. They do a fantastic job.
Very good.
Thank you for your positive feedback. I believe the misunderstanding over the transition date from the old to new price list has now been cleared up. Thank you for reviewing us as overall Very Good.
My carer is a lovely lady who is willing and helpful at all times. We talk while she is working so I have social interaction as well, which is good when you live on your own.
They have all been extremely helpful in dealing with my mother. They have tried to help me as much as they can to assist in my mothers care.
I cannot rate the service we have received more highly, it has been first class. I am so glad that we were able to use Home Instead.
I have enjoyed my carers and always look forward to them coming.
I am extremely happy with my carer and those who employ her.
Very helpful being taken to medical appointments and other venues as a treat. Reassuring that carers come regularly and are friendly and helpful.
I have been very pleased with my carer since June 2017 when I needed my left hip replaced.
We are very pleased with the service which is provided and also the person who provides this service.
Having experienced a number of care companions on the past 10 years, Home Instead is the best I have used. Attention to detail, personal contact and speed of response is excellent. All staff I have met are of high quality.
Home Instead has been absolutely fantastic in providing professional and sensitive care for my Mum who has Alzheimer’s. I wish we had found them earlier. The time and care that senior supervisor took in matching Mum with her two carers really paid off and Mum was very happy with the arrangement.
We used another agency a year ago with very disappointing results (different people arriving, not sensitive to mum’s quiet disposition, no paperwork) and we were just amazed by how different our experience had been with Home Instead. I thoroughly recommend this service and hope they can help more people like Mum.
