The team at Home Instead in Hove have been truly inspiring in their support, professionalism, flexibility, thoughtfulness and care. I can't recommend them enough. Nothing has been too much trouble. The human values just zing through everything they do. Many thanks indeed for all your help, patience

We have been using Home Instead for the past 6 months to provide care at home for my elderly aunt. As a family, we have been very impressed with all aspects of the care - from the management and organisation of the care provision to the quality and reliability of the carers themselves. Communication
with the management team has been very straightforward (easily accessible and responsive) and the care delivered has been excellent (reliable, very caring, excellent communication between carers to ensure nothing important is missed). Having got to know my aunt over the months, the care team has been very impressive in taking the initiative and proposing small tweaks to the care provided to better suit my aunt's needs. It is clear that the management team very carefully select the carers who have been nothing but excellent.

As a family, we are extremely thankful to Home Instead Senior Care.
I was working full time and trying to care for Mum and it took its toll. I wanted someone to look after Mum as I had done. Someone with true care and compassion.
The Manager from Home Instead visited my Mum, Dad and me at home and
she was very professional and kind. She asked all the right questions what was important to my Mum, what sort of person would she like, explaining some people prefer quieter individuals and others a more bubbly personality. She explained everything fully about their service too.
We have been provided with lovely, polite, respectful and very caring carers who have all been wonderful.
The Manager stays in touch regularly checking that everything is as it should be.
I (and my Dad) cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough.

I have been using Home Instead services for my mum's care at home since April 2016.


Home Instead's service is second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of the care that they provide my mum. They take exceptional care of my mum's needs and wellbeing and it has enormously changed my mum's

life for the better and mine as I can now relax knowing that my mum is in the best of hands.


My mum loves the lady who comes to care for her and regards her as her best friend and constantly tells me about the lovely time they had together. Not only do they care for my mum they keep me informed at all times and are highly dependable.


Home Instead are a professional, caring company and I am just so thankful that I found them. If anyone is requiring care at home for their loved ones, look no further than Home Instead.

Job Title: Director and Registered Manager

Liz started the Home Instead office for Brighton & Hove and Shoreham in early 2016, inspired by the experience she had had with her own parents. Since then she is proud to have built an amazing team who are providing fantastic support to a growing number of clients with varying needs.


When not working, Liz enjoys time with her family at home, and her two rescue dogs, and is never happier than when walking together in the countryside and the hills.
