In my experience, they employ staff who are not only skilled at their work but most important of all, treat frail and vulnerable people with great care and respect. I have no hesitation in commending the service they provide and recommending them.

Arranging care for an elderly parent is an unnerving and worrying affair, however, the management and staff at Home Instead were like a breath of fresh air and took the worry away. They listened to us and helped us find exactly the right level of care for my dad. The carers themselves were patient, kind and friendly. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. Everyone I had contact with was efficient and caring. Don't look elsewhere, you won't find better.

The staff who provide the service are punctual, cheerful, efficient and notify us of any potential problems they observe. I would thoroughly recommend this care agency.

We have used Home Instead in both Cambridgeshire and Sussex and each time the service as been exceptional in supporting my mother's dementia and diabetes. She is 88 and very confused at times, but still, has a twinkle in her eye. Their care for mum has been comprehensive, consistent, honest and above all, they never rush things with her. They make a proper connection with her. Our current carer is a total star - so caring and prepared. And I've made sure to tell her so many times. We have been using Home Instead for the past 6 months to provide care at home for my elderly aunt. As a family, we have been very impressed with all aspects of the care - from the management and organisation of the care provision to the quality and reliability of the carers themselves. Communication with the management team has been very straightforward (easily accessible and responsive) and the care delivered has been excellent (reliable, very caring, excellent communication between carers to ensure nothing important is missed). Having got to know my aunt over the months, the care team has been very impressive in taking the initiative and proposing small tweaks to the care provided to better suit my aunt's needs. It is clear that the management team very carefully select the carers who have been nothing but excellent.
