Luv To Care is an exceptional care agency the best we have worked with. The manager runs a tight ship with an absolutely fantastic team of staff and from the first phone call to the end they were professional, efficient, well-organised and respectful. Most importantly they treated my father with warmth, kindness, generosity and grace, ensuring his last 5 weeks were the best we could have hoped for. We were fortunate to be placed with an absolutely wonderful carer who lived-in with my father for those weeks and slipped in seamlessly, tending to all his needs so that we, as a family, were able to spend the short time we had left focusing on him; it felt like a team effort. As his needs grew and additional support was needed the manager responded promptly and, without exception, every additional carer who came into our home was equally as professional, warm and respectful. What an amazing team.

My father was cared for by the Luv To Care agency for 3 years. Sadly he passed away yesterday, the agency are magnificent and I truly thank them for always being punctual, caring, and respectful to my dear old dad. I will truly miss them coming in to see him. Thank you to the Manager and your wonderful team for everything.

Staff were pleasant, polite, respectful and caring. They arrived on time - or telephoned if they were they were going to be late. They were professional and did a good job. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home - indeed it was a pleasure.

My mother had excellent 24-hour live-in care for nearly a year until she died peacefully in her home. The care she received was of a very high standard and the carer was professional and knowledgeable but more importantly kind and compassionate. The Manager was always available and helped guide us through these last stages of my mother's life. As a family, we are extremely grateful to Luv to Care for the service they provided.

Luv To Care have provided outstanding service to my very frail father. Our first live-in carer was very caring and kind with a hard work ethic, she was extremely easy to get along with and took all the worry away from us. Our second carer was similarly kind and easy to get along with and we are so grateful to her for all her help. The manager has provided the best care package we could possibly have asked for and we are so thankful to her.

My mother-in-law has just gone into a home near where we live. We would like to thank Luv To Care for all they have done in looking after her and helping us feel relaxed.

My husband has a life-limiting condition which has meant that he requires carers at home during the day as well as night sitters. The manager of the agency has always been very receptive to our needs as a family. She continues to be very flexible and responds in a timely way attached to my husband’s care. The cares have all been incredibly professional, caring and person and family centred. I would have no concerns in recommending this care agency.
