I just needed help over a week to assist me after an operation.
Each person arrived on time, and was most helpful, doing whatever I required.
I was impressed by their commitment to the job - all seemed to enjoy the work.
Thank you to all of them!
The carers were excellent from the start, they cleaned, washed, cooked and were great company. I was so pleased and grateful. Highly recommend them.
Right at Home provide support to my dad and stepmum. The consistency of carers is superb - one main carer and then just another one or two carers. This is so important in terms of building relationships with clients and building trust. The care provided is very person-centred and I feel my parents are really treated with respect and kindness. The carers respect their wishes and promote independence with things they can and want to do for themselves whilst supporting with the things they struggle to do for themselves. The carers really maximise their time effectively and carry out all tasks as per the care plan. But the most important thing is their kindness, patience and empathy. Dad had a fall and the carer stayed with him for additional time, reassuring him and making him comfortable whilst keeping me updated. The manager is also very good - very approachable and efficient. I could not fault this agency!
The manager and the office team are extremely flexible and can’t do enough to help. Mum's carers are lovely and are well-matched to her personality. The carer meets carer scheme is brilliant as it means Mum only meets a new carer with one of her existing carers present. Mum's carers go out of their way to care for her, giving her cuddles and kindness as well as support both emotionally and physically.
I am so pleased Right at Home were recommended to us as they are so very caring and kind to Mum as well as being supportive of and helpful to my sister and me.
Thank you Right at Home.
I really can't fault the friendliness and kindness received from both the office and carers. I have needed last-minute changes to hours and care and have always received an immediate response and flexible approach. We receive care from several carers and they are all lovely and try their best to make sure my dad, who has dementia, is well cared for, comfortable and smiling. Well done Right at Home! You are all amazing!
Always do the tasks set, happy Dad is in good hands.
Nothing is too much trouble, some vacuuming his flat.
When he had a fall the carer stayed until she was sure there was nothing else she could do.
A big thank you to you all.
Right at Home have provided an excellent service for my mother in her home. They were thoroughly professional, timely, caring and diligent. Unfortunately due to health issues she has had to go into permanent residential care but if that ever changes we will without hesitation use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality at-home care.
After my initial telephone enquiry and meeting the Registered Manager, I felt confident that I was doing the right thing for my Dad who has Dementia.
The ladies that visit are really lovely, genuine people and adapt to our needs without issue. Staff are always introduced before their visit so we get to meet them. They provide a report after each visit, which is very reassuring for me as my dad's carer.
I wish I’d taken the opportunity to use Right at Home Eastbourne & Bexhill a long time ago. I am now able to have a day off and recently a holiday.
Many thanks to you all!
Right at Home is an excellent care company and the carer I had for the week was excellent, could not fault her at all. She was very friendly and professional at her job. We are returning in July and September and hope to have the same one. The registered manager could not have helped us any more, she was so friendly and helpful. She was also excellent, you must look after them both. Cannot wait for our return (we holidayed in Eastbourne for a week and are returning for a week in July and September).
Over the last couple of years right at home carers have enabled my dad to live at home. Visiting at 7am each morning making sure he was up and dressed, making tea or coffee for his breakfast, and most of all chatting to him all the time, also assisting with bathing and preparing tea. They showed interest in all his hobbies and photos. I always read their reports so I knew how he was or any incidents to be dealt with. I always felt as if I knew them all but only met a couple of them. They all do a wonderful job, office staff are all very helpful and understanding, so many thanks to all.
The care team always show kindness and are so supportive. The office team are excellent - dealing with any issue immediately.
Well done, Right at Home!
We are satisfied with everything.
So we had a situation in that my wife was fit to be discharged but seemingly the NHS were quite content for her to turn into a bed blocker.
This was a situation that we were not prepared to accept and it became clear that what we needed was someone who knew the many foibles of the NHS and that person turned out to be the manager at Right at Home (Eastbourne). She behaved professionally at all times and as a result of her involvement my wife was home within a week and has therefore earned our eternal gratitude.
I recommend Right at Home highly, they took on my mother, who was stuck in respite care for three months. Every carer that has visited Mum has been a pleasure to meet. I'm so glad they found us and took my mum on. The support and care they give are so truly appreciated not only by my mother but also by my siblings and me. Thank you so much, Right at Home.
I highly recommend this company and their lovely careers.
What a great company. Quality care and everything else is an understatement! My husband and I are treated like family in every way. Can't thank the staff and cares enough. My husband couldn't be in better hands.
Outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble, the quality of the care is fantastic, quality of the staff is excellent. Easily contactable and a well-managed service, they know their stuff. Didn't someone once say 'you get what you pay for'.
As a family we are truly grateful for the care and support we received from Right at Home staff. Dad’s care package was put in place really quickly and sensitively by the office staff. The carers were kind and respected dad’s dignity. He enjoyed their company every day whilst they were tending to his care needs. The night staff were so supportive too and enabled my mum to have a much needed break. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this care agency to other people. Thank you all so much.
As a family we were just overwhelmed by the care my Mum received from all the carers. My Mum hated strangers in her house, yet the carers from Right at Home were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
