One of the most helpful things is the Mobizio app, which allows the family to see hour by hour reports made by the carers taking care of Dad. This in itself is a real comfort when most of the time the family cannot be there to see what is being done.
Excellent communication at all times by phone by people who you can talk to and get the job done.
I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending this company and the staff for their compassion and first class service.
I have only been at Right At Home since September 2018 and the service I have received is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them to others in the need of a carer.
Professional and efficient care provider with kind and friendly staff. Communication has been very good and have found all members of staff are very approachable.
Right at Home staff have been caring for my elderly mother for some time now. Service has always been excellent and any requests I have made for changes to hours/days provided have always been dealt with extremely efficiently even at very short notice. Recently though Right at Home staff have really pulled out all the stops!
Mother does not normally receive care on Saturdays but last Saturday 8th December we urgently needed help with her. One phone call, and even though a weekend mothers' most regular carer was with us in just 20 minutes. This lady took control of the situation and dealt with the issue in a calm and professional manner taking the stress and worry away from my wife and me. Everything is now back to normal but even so many thanks to all concerned and particularly to the lady who was such a help last Saturday!!
I was very pleased with the care workers who managed my care, they were pleasant and helpful. Particularly appreciated was the initial meeting that outlined the services provided and the assessment of my requirements. I would certainly recommend the Agency and use your services again.
The administrators have listened to me regarding the timing of my twice-daily care visits, and have matched carer staff by both personality and expertise. The carer timing arrivals for these have been good. I have also appreciated receiving the weekly rotas well in advance.
Having regular carers has felt very supportive and an important aspect for someone who is housebound.
My daughter appreciates having access to the reports after each visit which gives her reassurance.
We arranged care for my aunt following a stroke and a recent 2nd stroke. The service received is of the highest standard throughout. The staff bent over backwards to carry out an assessment and put in place a package of care in a very tight timeframe. The office staff are so efficient and caring, the carers are just wonderful. The service is totally individually focused and responsive. Someone is always available for queries and communication is of a very high standard. If there is a new carer, they are always introduced by someone my aunt knows and a schedule is sent so she knows which carer is coming on each visit. This service has made such a difference to my aunt's life, enabling her to return home after 2 traumatic hospital admissions. We can not thank them enough for the wonderful care. They are a credit to the caring profession.
Right at Home visit my mother 2-3 times a week. The carers are so lovely: compassionate, kind, patient, very competent and really give my mother a lift. Recently, she had a minor health crisis and her carer really went the extra mile looking after her until I was able to get down. It gives me great peace of mind to me know that she is in such good hands.
I have only been with 'Right at Home' a short period of time, but based on their performance so far, I would happily recommend them to anyone, as they appear to genuinely care about their patients and go out of their way to help. The staff at 'Right at Home' that I speak with on the phone and those that visit are all lovely people!
Thank you 'Right at Home'!
We have all been very happy with all the care staff that have been attending to our mother's needs. They have been respectful of her dignity and wishes and have fed back very promptly with any concerns that they may have had about her well being. We as a family felt she was in very safe hands with staff that really cared about her.
Excellent service, very professional and caring staff. Would highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always on time and take an interest in the client's needs and home life. Thank you to all the staff for all that you do.
After a traumatic few weeks, I'm extremely grateful to all the carers who have helped my mum settle back into life at home after six weeks at a care home. It was not easy to have people coming into our home on a regular basis but they have all been extremely patient and understanding with my 90-year-old mother. She has come to rely on them for her personal care and their cheerful chats. It has also taken a lot of pressure off me at a worrying time. I hope we can continue in the same vein. Thank you.
I work within the health industry and have a disabled wife. In my line of work, I come across a number of care agencies. Having experienced the care that Right at Home give to my wife I would not hesitate to recommend them to my clients. All of the care workers are polite, professional and have a high standard of care and the office team backing them up are just as professional and reliable. If you want a good care agency I would highly recommend Right at Home.
I have been with this company for seven months. They look after my husband who has Alzheimer's and cannot walk or speak. He loves the two ladies who come to shower and dress him. I'm also very pleased with them.
Right at Home have provided excellent care with carers who are punctual, efficient, professional, very kind and helpful, always pleasant, nothing too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this company who pay the greatest detailed attention in dealing with clients and ensuring all needs are met.
Treated with respect and dignity. All staff excellent.
Care is taken to out the right carer in place to suit my father and make sure all his needs are met.
The agency has worked around hospital stay and hospital appointment. They are very good with family and friends that visit. All carers are caring and seem to know what the human touch can do. I feel very blessed that I have such a good team around me.
Excellent staff. Very understanding with time to listen. Matching staff to clients is a real bonus and shows the extra lengths that Right at Home goes to get things right and the client benefits tremendously. Expensive but worth it for short term care.
We have had Right at Home coming in to look after my father's needs for two months now and have nothing negative to say. The carers that come in are just lovely, polite and very professional. My father's mood and well-being has improved so much since Right at Home have been coming in. I also feel the managers are very approachable and helpful.
