Right at Home’s clients receive their care the way they want it and are involved in all decision-making, including agreement of their personalised care plan.

Right at Home understand that emotional support for their clients and their family can be just as important as their specialist care knowledge. That is why they always keep in close contact with concerned family and friends and make all records easily accessible in each client’s home so that any concern can be easily addressed through a call to their office.

Right at Home’s carers all meet strict criteria, are provided with excellent training, and are carefully matched to each client. Visits are never rushed as their preferred minimum visit time is one hour. Their carers do not wear uniforms, are dedicated to delivering care at the standard they would expect for their own loved ones, and are always ready to raise a smile.

My parents have found the carers very very helpful, most pleasant, very kind and friendly. They always have time and patience to help Mum in any way necessary.
The backroom staff (management and admin) are also very helpful and listen to my parents needs, and they adapt to their needs wherever possible.
We
would thoroughly recommend their services.

I’d like to thank the Caregivers who are attending to my mum on a daily basis. My mum was very reluctant at first to have carers but she has now got to know them and enjoys their visits. Personally, I have only met one of the ladies and she was lovely with my mum. Thank you all for your hard work and
patience.
Also thank you to the management who are approachable, pleasant, and keep me well informed.

Right at Home have provided excellent care and support for my sister-in-law since mid 2020.
All carers and office staff have been brilliant throughout. They have all gone the extra mile to support her when needed and were able to arrange extra visits when necessary. All staff have been professional
and caring throughout, giving us updates on observations or flagging up medical issues we need to be aware of. Communication is very good.
As we are not local it is reassuring that she is so well supported and enjoys the interaction with her carers, the chats, and laughs. It has certainly made a difference to her wellbeing. Her brother and I cannot thank Right at Home enough for how well they have supported her and us when she has needed to attend hospital or Doctors appointments etc and we have not been available.
Thank you Right at Home for the work you do, especially as we are in a pandemic.

Right at Home did housework for my mum and she got on well with the carer who came to visit. I heard lot's of laughs and it was good to see mum happy. Will definitely call them in the future if anything changes, but fingers crossed won't need them again.

Right at Home have provided excellent care for my husband. All the carers were hard-working, responsible and made us both feel well looked after. They coped with all the problems that the job throws at them with great professionalism and, most of all, with a sense of humour. Not easy in all the months
that there was a pandemic! It has been a pleasure to know them and my husband and I shall miss their cheerfulness. Thank you to all the carers and office staff.

I have been very impressed with the care and thoughtfulness of all concerned with my aunt's care, whatever query or worry I have had it has been dealt with in a caring way. Having never dealt with the care system before, it could have been daunting but everyone was extremely helpful which in turn helped
me with difficult decisions. I would have no qualms in recommending Right At Home. It's just tragic my aunt's health has deteriorated to the extent she now has to be looked after in a care home.

Fantastic provider with skilled staff at all levels. Caring, compassionate and dedicated. Gave my friend the care he needed at that stage of his life. His circumstances changed and therefore I had to look at other options. I would recommend Right at Home for your families/friends care needs as some
of their staff are exceptional.

Right at Home had not only helped with my Mum's needs recently, but over 18months helped with my late father's more complex needs.
They were so kind and helpful and supportive to all of us and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I can never thank them enough for their help and wish them every success
in the future.

We could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate and kind team to look after my mother-in-law as she faced her journey with Motor Neurone Disease over the last eighteen months. Respect was shown at all times to my mother-in-law and all the family. Positive and meaningful relationships were developed
and nurtured over this time. My mother-in-law was determined to stay in her own home as long as possible; the Right at Home team enabled this by anticipating her changing needs and providing the emotional and physical support she required in order to do this. Many of the team became her friends, a testament both to my mother-in-law and the carers. We will always be grateful for the care and tremendous support she received. Thank you.

I am very happy with the friendly conduct of the caring staff. I find them very attentive, observing and help very well with meeting my needs. I feel it would be beneficial if throughout the week I continually have the same carers for the morning call or at least one carer who knows the call well so
that they can get used to my routine. I feel that I would find it beneficial if my carers are working normal hours, e.g. 7-5pm or 2pm-10pm as this will only be for 8 hours work. I feel that they will be more healthy and alert as throughout the day and I have found that my carers are run to the ground towards the end of the night.
Other than this I am very happy with the cleanliness and tidiness of my flat which my carers help to clean. I do find that some of my carers like to chat and gossip with each other and I don't like gossip.

My father's needs started out relatively straight forward when he returned home after a stay in hospital after a fall. However, within a couple of days it was obvious to me that the level of care needed to be increased. Right at Home was employed from day one when he got home and dealt with every detail
of Dad's care. As his needs quickly increased, the team quickly and efficiently came to the rescue time and again, adjusting time schedules and filling gaps when family members could not be available.
One of the most helpful things is the Mobizio app, which allows the family to see hour by hour reports made by the carers taking care of Dad. This in itself is a real comfort when most of the time the family cannot be there to see what is being done.
Excellent communication at all times by phone by people who you can talk to and get the job done.
I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending this company and the staff for their compassion and first class service.

I do not usually write company reviews but in this instance, I really had to.
Right at Home staff have been caring for my elderly mother for some time now. Service has always been excellent and any requests I have made for changes to hours/days provided have always been dealt with extremely efficiently
even at very short notice. Recently though Right at Home staff have really pulled out all the stops!
Mother does not normally receive care on Saturdays but last Saturday 8th December we urgently needed help with her. One phone call, and even though a weekend mothers' most regular carer was with us in just 20 minutes. This lady took control of the situation and dealt with the issue in a calm and professional manner taking the stress and worry away from my wife and me. Everything is now back to normal but even so many thanks to all concerned and particularly to the lady who was such a help last Saturday!!
