Excellent staff. Very understanding with time to listen. Matching staff to clients is a real bonus and shows the extra lengths that Right at Home goes to get things right and the client benefits tremendously. Expensive but worth it for short term care.

We have had Right at Home coming in to look after my father's needs for two months now and have nothing negative to say. The carers that come in are just lovely, polite and very professional. My father's mood and well-being has improved so much since Right at Home have been coming in. I also feel the managers are very approachable and helpful.

Overall Experience

Our carer comes every Friday morning for three hours. She chats to my husband, makes him coffee and discusses the book he is looking at or sometimes it is a photo album with old pictures of family members which helps his memory (he has dementia). She then takes him for a walk with his walking stick or in the wheelchair. Sometimes they go for a short drive and sit looking at the view. On returning home he does some drawing or colouring. He gets on very well with the carer and enjoys her company.
