Happy with care given. Ladies very pleasant and helpful. We have a laugh which makes my day.
Thank you for this stellar five-star feedback, Joyce! We're really happy to learn that you have a laugh with your carers. Humour and some light-hearted cheer is one of the most important yet underrated and least talked about aspects of homecare.
The carers are cheerful and kind to our mum and the coordinator has been flexible in responding to her changing care needs.
Many thanks for this five-star feedback, Kate! We really appreciate it.
Usually, very punctual, odd occasions they get held up by traffic. Always polite, helpful and friendly. Willing to do what is asked of them. Always respectful and cheerful.
Another really satisfied year of care from Bluebird. Our carer is exceptional and we value her visits and attention. Also, I was able to have a week's holiday confident I was leaving my husband with appropriate care. A very satisfied customer.
Thanks so much for taking the time to provide this review Mary and I'm really pleased to hear that you've had such a good year with your care team.
My regular carer is always punctual and willing to undertake extra tasks for my wife also. Bluebird always adapts to requirements and gives extra help when necessary.
Many thanks for this review of our services. We really appreciate the feedback.
Excellent, caring and supportive service.
My carer who comes to see me is very kind and caring and always looks after my best interests and also helps me with any problems I may have.
Thanks for your feedback, Terry. Glad to hear that you feel well-supported by your carer.
Bluebird Care began in February 2022, replacing carers allocated by the council. Punctuality is excellent and all Dad's regular carers provide a very good level of care. In recent months I have finally been able to enjoy a few short breaks away with my partner. All has been well during these breaks and the openpass App is extremely useful in keeping up to date.
We're very pleased to learn that you've been happy with the service, and that you've had the peace of mind to get away yourself. Many thanks for taking the time to review us.
I have found Bluebird Care very friendly, flexible and helpful altogether. Nice to have a really caring agency when the reason to use one is such a sad one.

Bluebird are welcome to visit me, when there is time for them. I enjoy visits from them.
Many thanks for taking the time to review us, we really appreciate it!
The carers are reliable and helpful, polite and timely.
Many thanks for this 5-star feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time.
Bluebird Care is an extremely fine company. We have a weekly service of cleaning our flat and generally giving us company - like friends do. Because Bluebird are so flexible they can provide a replacement if necessary and payment through the bank takes away having to deal with cash. We are very pleased with them. Recently I had a cataract operation and was able to get very helpful support. So - we recommend them and are sure anyone else would as well.
Many thanks, Norman. We're very pleased to learn you've been happy with the service we've been providing. It's been a pleasure!
We have had Bluebird carers for another 18 months caring for our mum. In that time, have found all the staff to be very caring, professional and flexible. Do like it that they keep to times that are agreed and review the care plan regularly to me Mum's needs. Certainly do not want to change to another agency. Would definitely recommend to others. A big thank you to all staff (office and carers). It's a difficult time for us all, and they all help.
Many thanks, Diana. We're very pleased to learn you're happy with the service we've been providing to Mum.
I have recently joined Bluebird Care due to a fall and a fractured leg. I found the team of care workers one and all absolutely involved in the care of their clients. The office team are extremely supportive to both me and the carers.
Hello there; we're delighted that you've had such a positive experience with our service. The office team and every member of the care team are dedicated to the welfare of our customers, and it's very important to the team that their efforts are recognised. Thank you.
I am having a very good experience with Bluebird Care.

Some of your carers are amazingly helpful! Others are glad to do what they are asked for. I think we are lucky.

It has taken a great weight off my shoulders. I would recommend the service to others.
We're so pleased to read that this has been your experience as this is what we're here for: stepping in where needed to ease the pressure otherwise often borne by spouses, immediate family or other relatives. Many thanks for taking the time to share.
We especially value the kindness and friendliness of the carers, they do excellent work, patient and professional, to assist and reassure my mother and this is greatly appreciated.

The service provided by Bluebird is outstanding and enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble.

Meet the Team (8)
Kate joined Bluebird Care in 2010. Her customer service skills and “can-do” attitude were quickly noticed, and it was not long before she was promoted to Care Supervisor.
After nearly 3 years, Kate left to take a position as Senior Carer at a luxury care home in Bexley, South East London, where she managed a team of carers and gained further valuable insight into the care of vulnerable adults with complex care needs, as well as the management of people.
We’re delighted to have Kate back in the Bluebird Care family, in a new venture where her experience and attitude will be of real benefit.
After many years working for Bluebird Care, Kate has now taken on the exciting new role of Registered Manager.
With her knowledge, experience, and a great team behind her, she looks forward to the new challenges ahead.
Kate says, 'I have always loved and enjoyed my work in health care, so becoming a Registered Manager is the next natural step for me. It is so lovely to be able to do a job I love and make a difference in people's lives.'
I’ve worked in care for over 30 years, starting in residential and nursing homes before moving into hospital and community roles. Supporting people to feel safe, valued and comfortable has always been at the heart of what I do. As Manager of Operations, I now lead and support our teams to deliver high-quality care. I focus on helping people grow in confidence while maintaining strong standards around safety and compliance. I’m proud to be part of Bluebird Care, where people are truly valued. For me, care has always been more than a job - it’s a lifelong commitment to supporting others.
I am excited to have joined Bluebird Care at the start of this year. I bring over 15 years of experience working with families in the education sector, along with a strong passion for care shaped by personal family experiences. I understand how important the right support is and look forward to using my experience to work closely with customers and their families, ensuring high-quality, individualised care. I am passionate about making people smile, and I believe my empathy and compassion help others feel valued and supported. The team here is incredibly friendly, and I am proud to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference.
I joined the Lewisham/Southwark office in 2022 as a Care Co-ordinator, then moved over to the Supervision team and became Deputy Manager in 2024. My role is to support Care Assistants and to enable them to provide quality care that helps customers stay as independent as possible. I love the role because the work is essential for the community, and I feel supported and encouraged to develop my skills.
I joined Lewisham/Southwark office as a Care Assistant in 2017, without formal Care experience, but bringing valuable personal experience caring for my older family members. In 2022, I joined the office team as Field Care Supervisor, a role I really love. I’m central to the support and guidance of the Care team and enjoy regular contact with customers and carers. Being part of the Bluebird Care family is deeply rewarding, and I look forward to each day, knowing I’m doing work I’ll never grow tired of.
I was drawn to the care sector through personal and family influences, including helping care for my partner’s grandmother and growing up in a healthcare-focused family, with my mother working as a chemotherapy nurse manager. I began my career in a GP practice, progressing from receptionist to administrative lead, where I developed a strong understanding of patient care. I am now a Customer Care Manager, supporting clients and staff while ensuring compassionate, high-quality care. I admire Bluebird Care’s reputation for person-centred care and would be proud to join a team that shares my values
My responsibility is to support carers during placements through regular supervision, ensuring the well-being of both customers and carers. Having been a carer myself, I understand the challenges they face and take pride in providing a strong support network for our lone workers. I enjoy the variety and pace of the role, meeting incredible people, and working for a company that truly cares for both its customers and carers.
I started out in the care industry in 2008 after my grandmother received care that made a real difference to her final years. Since then, I’ve gained extensive experience in various care roles – both in the field and in back offices. My role with Bluebird Care is to ensure that Care Assistants arrive where they are needed at times that they’re expected, using our state-of-the-art logistics system. I enjoy the contact with Care Assistants and customers that I have every day, and love the fact that the work of our team is so valuable to our customers and their families.
