The carers have been marvellous, I can't fault them. However, the company - absolutely disgusted with the service they provide. I now have no other choice but to find alternative care for my mum as I am concerned for her health and wellbeing.
Excellent service delivered with care and dignity.
Having had dreadful care from the last agency, it has been wonderful to have now such a positive experience.
Whilst most of the carers are considerate, good-natured and sympathetic, I am very concerned at the number of unnecessary mistakes that are made, the silly avoidable slips and sometimes the sheer lack of common sense displayed. This happens on almost a weekly basis. Cumulatively it amounts to a serious problem. It seems to come down to a combination of insufficient training and a readiness to cut corners. Nevertheless, some of the carers are clearly outstandingly good.
After a very good experience with this company for my uncle, my aunt requested this company for her own care. What a disappointment. Whilst the carers are in the main, kind and caring, she does not have a regular carer and they never turn up at the specified times, leaving her without a cup of tea sometimes up to 10:45 in the morning. Despite many phone calls to complain, nothing has changed. Very upsetting.
My carer comes to me 5x weekly regularly and she has been first rate in every way.
The carers are honest and diligent in their work and this negates the need for any supervision.
I can carry on with my day safe in the knowledge that my mother's care is being carried out by safe hands.
Excellent care from Healthvision, thank you.
Over the past 12 months, we have been very satisfied with our carer as supplied by Healthvision UK Ltd. We have also been very pleased to have the same carer for 99% of the time. Our regular carer has always been considerate and acted with dignity. It's been helpful to my wife that her carer is always cheerful and smiling which is very good for morale and we certainly would like to keep our present carer as supplied by Healthvision UK Ltd
A number of carers care for mum over the week. She says they are very kind and caring.
On Sunday, only 2 carers are provided so that my husband can attend church in his wheelchair. They then transfer him from the wheelchair 3 hours later back to his bed. A carer comes in the evening to help change him with myself as the second pair of hands. Sometimes the timings are erratic but in the main, it is an excellent service and the carers are great.
The carers are very good at their job. They are friendly, kind and caring and easy to get on with. They do their job they are supposed to and they make sure it's up to standard. They prompt medication as well.
The carers are wonderful. I cannot say anything bad about them. They have been the best and they are like a family coming in.
I have been with Healthvision a couple of months at it starting up from a small company to a large one now. I have always been able to feel I could talk to the manager. Also, the manager was brilliant at backing me up when I got abused. This helped me come to terms with that and underlined my trust and confidence in the firm. I am given excellent personal care and the carers are kind and make me smile which helps my depression a lot. They are good at managing my seizures. I have already recommended them several times.
I have received care from Healthvision UK for over two years following a major operation in hospital. Right from the start, adjusting to new carers and ways of working has been a very satisfactory programme of care which has been established. I greatly appreciate the continuity of carers, with the same carers attending each weekday morning and evening and a further two or three at weekends.
We felt that the command of the English language, of some carers, were below standard. The agency was able to change the rota at very short notice (12 hours) - most impressive. We terminate our contract as we then required a very different service - they were very understanding and we parted on amicable terms.
